Sales and his Manager offer different price Their Facilities was great, but when negotiation the price with sales team, the rep offered me one price and his manager suddenly told me the price 2k more. They really do not know how to treat their customers, the sales person they hired literary have little knowledge on the cars....

Sarah I flew down to the dfw area to buy a new car because I was led on to believe that we had come to an agreement. However, when I showed up, the numbers had changed all of a sudden. The whole experience was terrible. And the salesman didn't even give me the right numbers initially. His name was Jose, definitely wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Super rude and unprofessional.

Mister Dealt with their internet sales which was terrible. Very unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend them to anyone not even somebody l disliked. Very disappointed with whole experience.

Nightmare Service Experience! My 2015 MKC went in for simple maintenance and a service check up. I received a call that my vehicle was “rendered inoperable” due to battery, cables and wiring harness corrosion. No big deal, right? Find another Dealership I have bought 2 F-150s at this dealer, last one was $47k and they want to make me pay for a rental car for warranty work and a recall notice. Unbelievable that you spend this much on a truck and they provide awful service. The master cylinder went out in this truck and it took them a week to fix. My wife's Lexus was less money and you get top rated service. So frustrating!!
Never bring your vehicle here!!! I brought my truck in to have trailer connection fixed and mentioned that while disconnection messages had been flashing on the screen, one of them has been "low oil pressure". AFTER fixing my trailering problem (for over $700, which was caused, they said, by rusty screws!) I was told first that I needed a new oil pump, then called later to say that I needed new engine for $5400 - price which I wrote done. Two days later the price shot up to $13,000!!! Where's The Car? My sales experience was below par and it continued after the purchase of the vehicle. It was late when the papers were signed and they asked if they could keep the vehicle to wash it and perform the inspection the next day. I agreed as I did not want to reschedule. Worse experience ever Went into purchase a Navagiator and had called ahead to insure the one we wanted was available with Audrey and she said she would have it there for us. After our hour drive we arrived and she pulled the SUV up front for us. I love it and told here we would take it. She asked if we wanted to drive it so we did. Love My Truck Went in and was met and treated very well. Took the build sheet with me for the truck I wanted. I was given a time frame for the build and delivery, both acceptable. I was kept up to date with the progress and when it was delivered it was NEVER presented as it would be there sooner than expected.
