BAd communitation I was mis-lead by the used car sales person and the used car sales manager about my used truck I purchased having an alarm. It has anti-theft, but will not make a sound if anyone breaks into the truck. Now that the truck is sold, I am not getting my phone calls returned.

Price is wrong I confirmed the price on a car several times with the Salesman before arriving to Grapevine Ford dealership. After driving for more than an hour to get to the dealership, the price of the car now is $4000.00 more than what was posted on the internet & confirmed by the Salesman. Nothing but games & lies. They wasted my whole day because of their lies. Please don't go there.

Financial Advisor COMPLETELY RUDE!!!! My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from them about two months ago. While our sales associate, Juan, was super nice, the financial advisor we dealt with, Tracy R, was COMPLETLEY rude! She smacked her gum LOUDLY the entire time, and basically acted like she didn't want to follow through with the sale. The check engine light came on two days ago, and we took it to the dealership since we were told to do so. The vehicle is still under the 3 year/36,000 miles factory warranty, but we p... read more

Questionable tactics Went to buy a vehicle. Did the test drive, agreed on the price for the vehicle assuming I was negotiating for the vehicle as it was. After giving all of my information they came back to me with a higher price as they tried to charge for add-ons. Including tint that came from the factory that they did not put on. After I pointed this out they removed the item, but I don't do business with people when this is their tactic.

If you like honesty stay far far away. I wish I could give 0 starts, but it was not an option. I called about a vehicle I saw on Cars.com. They informed me they no longer offered that price, but would check to see what they could do. I informed the sales person I would NOT be trading in or financing through Ford. I received a call back in about 20 minutes to inform me that they could honor the price on cars.com. I verified again that this with without having to trade in and with outside financing, and the sales person verifi... read more

Business response:

It's our belief that treating our customers with respect and speaking honestly with them is one of the things that make our dealership so special. While we're sorry we couldn't come to an understanding on the vehicle in question, we thought it best to respond directly to your review in order to clear the air. In order to do right by a new customer, we decided to honor a vehicle price that was no longer valid. After the verbal agreement we looked forward to your arrival and were surprised to find that our terms no longer met ... read more

Over all customer care... This dealer ship is a joke. I was told they sale more units than any other dealers in the Southeast and the best price on used vehicles. When we tried to walk out it was like we had upset their program. They were upset when we didn't play their way. The finance manger or that's what he said he was. He kept showing us a sheet from and aution and what he said the dealer ship had in the vehicle. The vehicle was missing many parts and just kept saying we'll put all those parts on the vehicle. Well if he... read more

THE CAR YOU WANT IS SOLD AND HAS BEEN FOR A MONTH THIS DEALERSHIP USES A DESCEPTION MARKETING AND ADVERSTING SCAM. THEY LOW BALL CARS ON THIS SITE THAT HAVE BEEN SOLD FOR WEEKS TO GET YOU TO CALL THEM. ONCE YOU CALL THEY HAVE TO CALL YOU BACK TO SEE IF THE CAR IS STILL ON THE LOT. THAN THEY CALL YOU BACK AND TELL YOU THE CAR IS SOLD BUT THEY HAVE A LIST OF OTHER CARS THAT MIGHT FIT YOUR BUDEGET. I DONT KNOW ABOUT ANYONE ELSE, BUT I DONT HAVE TIME TO PLAY CAT AND MOUSE. ALSO THE SALES STAFF ARE NOT KNOWLEGABLE OF CARS OR CURR... read more

Double edge sword First off you need to hunt down a sales rep I was forced to send emails to even get a response. The experience here is like pulling teeth from a pregnant grizzly bear.Watch you back The deal is loaded on the back side. The discounts up front are great until it comes time for the trade The dealers preach BlueBook only when it is their favor(Double Edge Sword) The Quote in response that I recieved when I laid the Blue book paperwork on the desk was well Bluebook is not buying your vehicle

Very Disappointed I was told by the sales manager I could put down $500 to hold a vehicle for three days. The third day I called back to purchase the vehicle and they had sold it. My money was credited back but this was a very unethical way to treat a customer. Stay away from dealers who don't keep their promises and honor their word. I will never do business with Grapevine Ford again.
