Grapevine Ford Their finance department is a total JOKE! They add on things with-out fully explaining to their customers what they are exactly getting. Read over the contract before signing because they will add things, up your initial contract period (mine went from 48mo - 65 mo), and keep the same payment so you can not tell. Dishonest They lied to me to get me to visit their dealership - knowing that they did not have what I was looking for.
Horrible Service I saw a used truck on their website, and called to confirm it was there. I spoke with the pre-owned manager Norm on the phone, and he was super helpful and answered all my questions. When I got there, he paired me with the "sales professional" Mike. He was horrible we asked if we could look at the vehicle we found online, but he said it unavailable because it was in the middle of a test drive and would not be back for probably ten minutes. Worst experience Sales guys are just behind money and wana make most out of the deal. After agreeing on the price and having a deal they revised the price.
so many lies (don't go there) They sell me a car with a damage engine and then refuse to give me my money back, they lied and tried to convince me to take the car but they couldn't even fix it, it took them three weeks to refund the money, just unbelievable!!! So many places to get a car and I ended up there... crazy.
Not really the price. I will make this short. Agree on price, and they try and sneak in a higher price. Called them out on it and they say they didn't agree on the price you just discussed a few minutes ago. They are dishonest...stay away.
Difficult Sales Process Went by to buy a new auto. They made the buying process so difficult I ended up walking out. High pressure sales.
Worst Service Dept Ever Worst service experience ever - Took my Lincoln in because the Motocraft Ford battery died after 32 months with a 36 month full replacement warranty - they said if they didn't sell it and because the Ford dealer who sold the car put the battery in it they didn't have to honor the warranty ? So ford product warranty only good at the dealer who sells it ? I'll never buy another Ford product or part again
Bait & Switch / Dishonest Selling Techniques Dealership advertises on Cars.com with vehicles that are not in stock to get you on the lot - even if you call ahead to confirm the vehicle is still available. While you are on the lot they will attempt to sell you another car. They are misleading on their pricing by telling you they will 'match the deal advertised' on the original car/truck that brought you in - which is untrue. Buyer Beware with this dealership as it has no business ethics.
