Deceptive Advertising I have bought two vehicles from Grapevine Ford and everything was great but now they are engaging in faulty and deceptive advertising. Grapevine Ford post the MSRP on their website but the actual resale could be 20% higher. It is acceptable to add a premium due to demand and availability but they need to make that clear on advertising and sticker price. All other dealerships advertise true price. Very disappointed as they were very straight forward in the past.

Where do I start? Let me preface this review to say that I drove 7 hours to look at and purchase my daughter's car form this dealer. I saw the car with the advertised of 19,900.00 and decided to contact them. Poor customer service To say I am Disappointed is an understatement . Having done my research for the vehicle I wanted. Even going as far as getting pre approved. I headed to the dealership where the vehicle I wanted was at. I waited for assistance and after 30 minutes of waiting no help came. I then went inside and was advised everyone was busy at the time. Grapevine Lincoln doesn't honor sales agreements We bought our 2013 Lincoln MKX from Grapevine Lincoln as a new car. For the first two years they gave us great service and we loved our service advisor Randy. Randy has left and the service has declined. One of our biggest issues is we were promised a "loaner" car whenever we brought our car in for service that required more than a few hours and were told we were "elite" Customers. 2016 Infinity Q 50 I was there to purchase 2016 Q50 . This car was transferred from their other dealership in Richardson . I offered them the price other dealership has advertised but they asked $1000 more .

Why make an appointment? Why even have appointments for service at this dealership? I was scheduled for a simple oil change at 8:30 and finally left the dealership at 11:00 and this is the second time it has happened.
Ended up with a 2017 We have to sing the praises of Grapevine Ford. If you need a car now and you can take a drive, they are so worth it! Drive there now! My daughter?s car died very untimely right after Hurricane Harvey finished his business in Friendswood. Reliable Customer Service Service at Grapevine Ford has been excellent and I don't have to wait exceedingly long for my car. I love that the car gets a bath every time it goes in for service. I have no complaints and would recommend this company to you. I do have a hybrid C-Max and love driving it and especially love the 44 mpg.
