Never recommend this dealer Terrible they don't even like you test driving there cars , and very pushy about financing Worst experience I had highly don't recommend , I seen several customers get mad and walked out on a Saturday

Bad experience Bad experience. I have made an appointment with them and told them when I would arrive. However, they did not prepare for that. It took about 30 minutes for them to find the car I want, and I just sit in the lobby alone. And what makes me more disappointed is that when they found the car and I began to do the test drive, I found the car is a damaged car, and that damage is obvious. Also, that car is already out of fuel, so I even could not do a test drive. I think they should not sell a damaged car to a custom... read more

Terrible salsemen Was blown off by original salesman I spoke to Jarod Jaone, didn't even acknowledge me when he walked by me several times , then he sent another salesman Ted Hopton-jones who basically didn't help me in anyway , asked to get prequalified and maybe look at explorers , he then started telling me about escapes and edges. I guess in his eyes I couldn't afford a explorer!!!! Asked him the same again , and that I liked the limited !!! He then basically said the payment might be an issue for me !!! Shopping for an Escape to escaping Grapevine Ford! Terrible, terrible experience---high pressure, inattentive to details, lack of sales experience and professionalism. There should be NEGATIVE star ratings!

Run as fast as you can...to a different dealer. I wish I could give a negative star. I negotiated a price and when the paperwork was presented the price was different then negotiated. They said that the price they told me 10 minutes prior was if I was trading in. I informed them up front that I would NOT be trading anything in. So all negotiations where with this in mind. I spoke to the manager, and found out that I had now met the most rude, condescending person of all time. I drove down the road and ended up getting a bett... read more

Unsatisfied After negotiating a deal I was presented a higher price by Tony Gonzales when it came to purchase the vehicle. If you can't keep your promise, do not expect to earn my trust.

Completely offended and dissatisfied Was in town for business so popped in to test drive and potentially buy a new 2015 f150. Was constantly pressured and asked "how much I wanted to spend per month " instead of just giving me the prices for the truck. I was planning on writing a check and not financing anything but they constantly asked me to run my credit and to call my bank to get my payoff, they wouldn't take my word for it. Worst place to buy a car The service is shocking, the sales people very rude and the time taking to get anything done is close to snails pace!!!
