My mother lived at Baycroft Great Baddow from November 2019 until her death on the 7th of March 2023. From the day we brought her to the home until her final days we were always extremely impressed with the professionalism and compassion shown by every member of staff. Everyone works exceptionally hard and the atmosphere is tranquil and homely. In her later years, my mother's dementia caused her to be very difficult but the patience and kindness of the staff were exemplary. We are extremely grateful.

My father had a temporary stay at Baycroft in Great Baddow following some hospital admissions and a family bereavement. The whole process was extremely well managed, from the initial paperwork required for admission, to the moment he left for his own home. All staff were very caring, professional and friendly. The food was lovely and the facilities of a very high standard. Dad was very complimentary about his stay and we wouldn't hesitate to use Baycroft in future again.

Great staff from my nan's first day, very kind and happy to help. Staff always gave updates on Nan, very happy Nan was looked after so well. Thank you.

My mum has only recently begun her stay at Baycroft Great Baddow. However, during the short time in which she has been there I have been very impressed both with the high standards and cleanliness of Baycroft Great Baddow and also with the kind and caring staff for whom nothing seems too much trouble. It was actually my daughter who highlighted Baycroft Great Baddow to us as one of her friend's grandparents currently resides there and cannot speak more highly of it. Baycroft Great Baddow is simply outstanding. The quality of care and support from staff and management is without fault the very best. For residents it must feel like they've been upgraded to a first-class suite at the Ritz or Savoy, enjoying five-star treatment with activities and catering, that offers a glorious and varied menu of delicious foods. My mother-in-law, who celebrated her 99th birthday in February, moved into Baycroft in Great Baddow in November 2021. We live 125 miles away and the difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, together with our own health issues, made it impossible for us to travel to arrange this move. However, with the help of amazing neighbours and staff, the admission process was handled in an extremely professional and timely manner.
