I paid almost $1000 and they can’t find the problem with my car. Not happy
Overall good. Maintenance lacking in good communication at times. Why is there a minimum number of words needed for this field?
On April 2nd I traded my 2023 fully paid Outback in on a 2024 that had certain options that I wanted but the 2023 lacked. I am still owed over $3,000 from that transaction but no one returns calls. This is the 5th Outback (and last) that I have purchased but their much touted customer service and loyalty are sure missing on this deal.
The representative was unresponsive. It took 1 hours and 45 minutes to complete a simple oil change, and I had an appointment!
Gone here since 1980. This time, they kept texting the wrong phone number. Was waiting in the waiting room but they were leaving texts on a different number. They do figured it out an hour later . Frustrating!
Did all work recommend by advisor. To bad the technician was so focused on his total hours for day not quality work. Did not bolt down coil pack or route hoses correctly. Caused misfire and a tow. The service advisor was good otherwise I would have given you a zero. FYI. We did this work so my daughter could take this car out of state for 10 weeks. Glad I caught it before I went out of town for work
Super disappointed in our experience overall. Problem was mis-diagnosed and hubcaps were taken off and left in front seat. We had to put them back on ourselves.
Prices are too expensive researching other mechanic shops and dealership services I would have been able to save a few hundred dollars on everything that was done to my car.
I waited more than 30min to response my text message. he texted me back saying that he was in a meeting but I don't think so. he has to turn on his phone all the time for customers and he needs to response no longer than 5 min. I was little disappointed for his action.
