I'm thinking that Groove Subaru might have sold me a Lemon! I've had to take my new car in 2 times for the check engine light. The car has been at the Service Center longer than I have had it in my possession.
I was very disappointed to find a $100 charge for alignment on my statement. I had a phone conversation with my service advisor, Ron who said because of the damage the vehicle could not be aligned. That was confirmed when the car was put on the lift at another shop. The right front tire leaned under the frame at the top and completely outside the body at the bottom. The Staff is good (I don’t know who Mai is—I worked with Erin in Service and Logan, in sales, was good also). I understand that a power train warranty only covers so much. However when I buy a car from your dealership, and 5 days later both struts go bad and you want to charge me $913.00, that’s not proper business.
Following Subaru's recommended service, took the car in for 60,000 mile service which included changing the fluid in the differentials. Upon completion, drove the car less than 2500 miles and the rear differential suffered a catastrophic failure. Ron said the drain plug was damaged causing the failure. No external damage to the differential housing. Not even sure how that happens. Indicated that there was nothing he could do about it. Service was great but follow up has not been good. I have called for four days re. Bill and no one is returning my call. Talked to someone, said they would pass on message, no return call
I was promised a loaner car to leave my car for electrical diagnostics. They wanted to charge me for a car rental even though my car is still under warranty.
Service done was poor and I had an issue because of the cheapness of the service department. Cost me an additional $170 and 3 hours of my time at a different dealership
Misleading Projected wait time was said to be 2 hours but then changed to 8
Charged for services not completed. Advised critical repairs while first diagnosis was a recommendation. No voice communication. Never sent the photo of damaged tire. Garbage.
