They destroyed my windshield wiper blades when they “checked” them - very disappointing. Service advisor did not call me as requested

Subaru system is great, they make the process easy. But that service was not good. Stephen Altvater tried to force to get their insurances telling words like “I don’t care, it’s not my car” when I said “no”. I said I didn’t want the insurances like 20 times because he kept insistent and very mad. I got out of there happy with my car, but at the same time with tension and a really bad headache because of how I was treated.

After your having my '04 Subaru for SIX DAYS and about $3000., my car STILL is not fixed to my satisfaction! I am convinced there is an issue with the suspension system (which Groove has not found); the car rides like a "lumber wagon." An '04 vehicle is not going to ride like a new car; however, I believe it doesn't have to ride as bad as it does. They are ready to take advantage of you. Beware! I leased my car in 2021 for 3 years and when I initially leased it the car value was close to 29K. I gave a hefty down payment and paid my lease promptly. Fast forward to 2024, and I’m ready to purchase my vehicle. I owed 14K after another down payment. Tell me how they resell it to me for 25K when the balance was 13K? When you try to speak to someone they give you the run around. I will never refer anyone to them or go back. They have enough victims already.

When I first set foot in Groove Subaru, it was to pick up a car that had been sold while I was on my way to pick it up. I was told we have a car with the same options and it’s a little more expensive but will give you a great deal on it and sell it for the same price. It turned out it didn’t have the same options and it had a starting problem. Trip to the dealership to get that fixed. Later, one of the basic Subaru features that I’ve never been able to use. Some of, if not, the worst service I have ever had the displeasure of using. The center is slow, uncooperative, and made me realize that my extended warranty was completely worthless if due to the service being done at this location.

Totally scammed: I came to check out a 2018 Crosstrek that they had listed for $20,991. I saw the car and came back a few days later to buy it. On the day of the sale, they said the price was now like $22,900. I was able to talk them down to split the difference between the old and the new, but afterwards I come to find out that that kind of price increase is illegal. Sophia was my service writer and she was very good. No issues whatsoever with Sophia but I feel harassed by multiple emails about a survey. I clicked on one intending to do so but soon realized it was going to require a major investment of time and that wasn't going to work, then or now. I'm a repeat customer, that should tell you something.

Mai, you are a slimy snake! I told you I didn’t want any add ones other than gap insurance. We signed all my paperwork then all of a sudden your computer wasn’t working so you switched to your tablet where you added onto my contract crap that I didn’t ask for. This is my third Subaru but worst experience thus far. Shame on you! This was deceitful and shady by all accounts!
