I feel cheated by them. First, they were not clear about the windshield warranty they were giving me, the words they used made me think it was included in the extended warranty, after signing I realized it cost $1000. Then they gave me part of the contracts without the clauses. When I finally read the contract I realize that the finance company did not force me to acquire an extended guarantee, however they told me that it was necessary for them to give me the loan. Unable to diagnose my issues, and did not give reasonable solutions to how to correct the problem or diagnose the problem, I lack confidence in their abilities to solve problems
I had a truly awful service experience. While Sophia was communicative, the dealership refused to take accountability for a serious maintenance issue they caused. I had multiple opinions as well as a service record from Groove showing the issue originated in their shop, but they stated their “opinion” about what happened differed and refused ti make it right. I will never bring my vehicle there again and will spread the word far and loud that the service center there can’t be trusted with even a basic task.
Didn’t get the service that I asked for, had to keep advocating for what I wanted.
Timing of service was on schedule, yet upon picking up the vehicle the tires were significantly over inflated.
We had a very bad experience having the 30k maintenance on my Subaru. There was a problem during the appointment and the first mechanic had to take care of a family emergency. They did not put on a new windshield sticker with the next oil change listed. The paper work did not list any information on the 20 point inspection. The last time I had an oil change they listed my brake pad tolerance and this time there was no information about the brake pads.. . The sale went smoothly. I feel like their after sale team lost an opportunity to keep us coming back especially in regards to their Toyota service dept. After inquiring about providing the 60k service for our newly purchased.2021 Land Cruiser, Todd, the user car manager finally got back to me and said that they couldn’t make money by servicing the used cars they sell. Clearly, Groove made plenty of money on the sale and the trade. A compromise would have made us likely return service customers. A lost opportunity.
I did not appreciate the extreme hard sell that we were subjected to by Mia.
Dropped car off night before for 7am service appointment. Got text at 7am saying they were starting and would have inspection soon. At 3pm got a text saying they would need to keep my car overnight. I called upset as I was leaving on vacation next day and was told they were working on cars from two days previous and do over 130 services a day and they can't get to every car.
