When I initially set up brake service, the person quoted me a price. Once service was complete, prices was much higher.::taxes, shop supplies most have been left out when I was quoted. The service advisor said he’d apply military discount (10%), but didn’t. Attempts to have service advisor correct this have yielded zero results.
I waited for 3. 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation plus a diagnostic test for my car. Because I waited for so long they gave me a free oil change the next time I come in
CANNOT TRUST This shop will not honor the prepaid packages they sell you. I bought a package of three full service oil changes from the in-person staff at Groove Subaru on Broadway and by the third oil change they claimed the package was expired. I still have the agreement and no where does it say there is an exiration. We bought a car from this dealer. The after service is awful. The sales guy we have been in contact with isn’t very knowledgeable. Before we bought this car, another sales guy kept changing price on us even after we agreed on a price.
Went in for oil change. Got upsold on 60k mile service. Not sure I received all the services and think I was overcharged.
Very disappointing experience. After the initial sale, experienced immediate issues with certified pre-owned car.. Never was given any legitimate explanation for the issues I experienced. Just was told that the car had no issues. A majority of the communication I was promised never happened until I became extremely frustrated. They lost the part I waited 3 months to get in stock. Somehow Brett didn’t even know I had dropped my car off, so my car was there for a full work week without being touched. The communication was absolutely terrible. As soon as this is done I will never return to this dealership.
It took from June, 2023 to January 2024 to get the rain sensor replaced & windshield installed. Even after the installation the rain sensor does not work properly. Additionally, someone had changed my tire pressure settings from PSI. I am extremely disappointed with Groove Subaru's service department. Brett Tossie is great and seemed truly regretful for the service department's substandard customer service.
Misdiagnosed the repair twice. Charged me $1,500. Returned car at one time disassembled after attempted repair. Refuses to provide a leaner vehicle, even Groove needs it back in fur third time. Not all of this is Ronald's fault, Groove mechanics are involved.
