Untrustworthy. With held money after a cancelled sale.i Never picked up the vehicle as I was not satisfied with the deal. Cancelled the sale on the second day of the 4 day return policy. Dealership still withheld the $500 that I was assured would be returned to me in the case of a cancellation as there was no need for a restocking fee since the vehicle never left the lot. Father of three with a newborn at home and now it's hard to feed my family this month. Terrible experience.
Frustrating and disappointing to have over 2. 5k spent on my car to get 'fixed' and have the same issue happen that I brought it in for the next day after picking it up. I appreciated Subaru covering the 2nd service, but I still did not get clear info on what was wrong with the car and was causing the engine issue. The scans from Subaru techs showed different issues each time that I needed to get fixed and no one mentioned to me a month or so prior about any potential issues when I got an oil change. Poor communication with a longer than communicated wait time and longer than appointment time period. Lack of confidence in quality of work.
They didn't screw's my drain plug in all the way, and then I started a 12 hour drive and all my oil leaked out and now my motor is shot
While I would generally recommend this service center, the level of service excellence received is determined by who is helping you. I normally work with the same person (have been going to him for more than 20 years) but had an issue with my car and needed to get in quickly. The kid who I worked with was rude and a little disrespectful.
Terrible service! Groove negligently let me drive away with my vehicle in an unsafe condition after representing otherwise. I was told the nail in the tire of my 3 week old WRX was too close to the rim to patch so I need a new one for $350. They said they put the full sized spare on in the meantime. The next AM the “spare” was also flat. Come to find out the 2023 WRX DOESN’T EVEN HAVE A SPARE TIRE!! Had a few coded pop up before I went in. None of them were cleared or addressed. I mentioned this upon arrival.
I have no idea who Andrew Smith is and why I’m rating him? He was not who handled our sale. Our sales person Eliuth was uneducated and clearly just cared about the sale and not us. She did not explain things well at all. Mai in finance however was absolutely fantastic and we would come back just for her!
Tasha lies about everything, I have her old phone number and get calls for her all the time. She's left a wake of stiffed people and isn't going to pay or be found. Good luck with dealing with her.
