Not happy about the service department. This is my 2nd new Subaru purchase; my 1st was from Mike Shaw Subaru. Every covered maintenance at Mike Shaw cost me $0.00! Last Friday I had to pay $5.11 for taxes from my maintenance service at Groove. Perhaps the difference in Counties IDK Didn't get a car wash like it should have. Was told I had 2 unrepairable rear tires which would cost $670 to replace. Both tires were indeed repairable (1 tire had a small screw barely stuck in the tire that pulled right out by hand). A pre-scheduled oil change should not take an hour and a half. I also was told when we bought our car that we got two free oil changes which turned out to be a lie.

I’ve had my car in for repair numerous times because they didn’t fix it right the first time. Customer facing service is great but the workmanship not so much. The car still doesn’t drive correctly but they say it’s great. Oh well.
I brought my car in for an issue with my lane assist. The car was worked on and the problem continues. I was told that the car was not throwing a code, so that it was tough to diagnose.

Did not solve the problem and told me that the battery drain was normal. They told me to drive my car every day. I have had the car for 3 years and this is a new problem
I was charged for something I wasn't expecting and didn't confirm I wanted.

After I scheduled my appointment, I called 3 times to verify they had the correct sized tires in stock. I was told each time that the service manager would call me back that day. I never got a call back, and when I showed up for my appointment, they did not have any tires in stock that fit my car. Luckily, Tiannah, the service advisor that assisted me, is more competent than her manager and found tires locally that fit the car.
