Bought my car there and it came with free oil changes. Perfect! I've been there twice and it's always an issue to get the oil change. I understand yall are a Subaru dealer and I bought a Honda, but don't offer me free oil changes on a Honda if it's a pain to do it. Then you offered me free tire rotations and this past time you can't do them!
I got my car back and I am missing a wheel cover, the spare tire was not put back, and my backseat was put down and left down even though I didn't have it down when I dropped off the car.
I complained about some issues with my car last few times during my services and they found now that is one part broken after my warranty expired
I had a complementary oil change, but I was charged! I don't know why you guys didn't honor it!?
This dealership is always pushy about selling me on extended service plans even sending me emails and paper mail. They charge just as much as Toyota or Honda for their services but have a VERY low grade waiting area, especially compared to the other two car dealerships mentioned. Not very transparent pricing. Never going here again if I don't have to
Charges more than other dealerships. Service since Rachel left went from exceptional to average. Too many mistakes over the last few years: kept my wheel lock key for my wheels, then tried to charge me for a new one, forgot to put one of my lug nuts on my tire then tried to charge me for a whole new set, last representative made me wait over 3 hours and never replied to text of wheel lock location and tech attempted to remove lug nuts without lock and broke one of them, alignment made my car worse than when I originally brou... read more
The salesman didn't know what he was talking about. Told me wrong info. The finance guy was rude and didn't offer me gap insurance. My car was completely dirty and gross when I received it. Never will I shop there again for a car
Went for an oil change prior to this visit. Was told the fog light bulbs needed to be changed. I was not given a quote for this service and that the bulbs would be non-led lights. After the oil service was done, which was already paid via plan, I ended up paying $102.00 to change out my fog lights. I was even told the price was cut down from $170.00. My car was kept for almost a whole week just so they could tell me nothing was wrong with it. No loaner car offered
