Service has been terrible it’s been one excuse after another with no regard to our time. Twice now we have been told we had a loaner vehicle by our service rep to find out they didn’t have one. This has taken away several hours away from work.

It just felt a bit wrong to come into my appointment 15 minutes early and leave almost 2 hours later to just find out the part(an air vent cover) is not in stock. Then I was told it would be another 4-5 days and another appointment that will take another 1-1.5 hours to replace it. Mind you, this part can be taken out and placed in the car in less than a minute. It sounds like the company itself is booking itself out to too much without calling the customer to inform or better yet reschedule them for a better experience.

They just assumed that I wanted $600+ of optional service when I came in for my prepaid service. And that was after I declined a few things that I was at least asked about. The recall on my vehicle is still not correctable after 6 months.

I called to get my tires rotated because they did not rotate them when my oil was changed. I talked to the general manager. He had Brian call to set up the appointment Brian would be in the office for 10 mins. I called back he was gone. I called the next morning. Brian was out of the office. The service manager set up the appointment for the rotation and wash. Grove picked up my car. I think they rotated the tires they certainly didn’t wash it. Communication was poor. Didn’t put in record that I came in for service the first time. Almost had to redo everything because no record service was shown on my car. Didn’t like how they had to wait for one part for all and couldn’t at least done other repairs will they waited.

Please call for information as I had work done at another local shop starting with a bent wheel that was replaced with a bigger wheel than belonged with no spacer then a 60 k service price including veterans discount mind you, of 100 bucks and was still 400+ more than Groove's price for the same service. THEY EVEN found an oil leak the shop had neglected to mention after the 60k, now claiming they mentioned it during clutch work in 2021 and didn't feel it needed to be brought up again apparently. The service tech believes customers are completely stupid. The driver's seat cooling system is not working. The service tech wrote you would not feel it working while wearing jeans. I was wearing short pants. He also stated the cooling system sucks air down through the seat. Actually, it is supposed to blow air up from the seat. I also had a complaint about the driver's side mirror not staying in position. I am talking about the actual mirror, not the housing. The service tech wrote it works just fine. Derek was great but the dealership experience sucked. They did nothing to keep us coming back to Subaru this will probably be are only one ever!

I have use this company multiple times because I pre-paid for several oil changes and every time I go here the communication is horrendous and I have to fight to get a hold of somebody to find out if my car is fixed or not.
