Worst car dealership ever Do not go to this dealership! They screwed me over royally! All they care about is their commission, not the customer! They sold me a car & 3 days later I decided it wasn't a good fit for me. They refused to take it back & wouldn't let me pick another car. They owed me a Sirius XM radio & never put in as promised. Bad experience Had an appointment at 10:30 today for a service recall on a rollover airbag. Got there at 10:15, the garage attendant took me inside to a row of service advisors and all of them said they were busy.Waited 5 minutes when one of them said they would stop and help me, all he did was have me fill a form with my name in address and took my recall notice. Horrifying experience I was told by sales executive, Akkea Watts, that they have a month end car deals, over phone, gave me a lower quote than i asked for Rogue S. Wow! I should have smelled their cheap marketing trick. I called up again before the visit to the dealer and Akkea confirmed that deal is still available. Not for me The sales person had no knowledge of the vehicle, the manager used high pressure sales tactics on me. Baited me with a price, made me go all the way kept me waiting for 3 hours on each occassion only to switch the price when it came to signing the papers. Will not go back. I should have read these reviews. They're 100% true, if you are hoping for your experience to be different, ure mistaken. Nice cars, go to another dealership - stone mountain Nissan isn't too far.

Second time bad experience We are Nissan Fans and proudly owned different models. 13 years ago we bought our first Nissan Altima from this place but back then it was a different place. In last few years this place has dipped down completely in customer service. In recent years we have owned 2 different models of Nissan but none was purchased from Gwinnett Place Nissan. Second bad experience Went to purchase a part that over phone I was told that only nissan parts would work on nissan cars nissan part 334 dollars , advanced auto parts 122 see the big difference . BAD thing is when nissan sale the part to you they never mention that your not able to get your money back . Had part less than 24hours they wouldn't refund my 334 dollars horrible but auto zone or advanced auto will highway robbery . Waste of time!! Playing games , high prices So we had gone to the Nissan dealership on Thursday just to take a look at the cars. we were more interested In 2016 Rogue but they basically falsely advertised a good deal to get us Intrested in a new 2017 model, which they claimed with the did the discounts would be a sick deal, reasonably close to the used car but they didn't have the color we wanted in the lot.
