Where's my missing key fob for my GTR? Excellent experience up until they claim we received 2 key fobs for a 2019 GTR when we only received one. Manager won't return phone calls. Before that they had me drive up to their dealership to get a replacement key programmed. Once I arrived they said 'sorry we gave you two keys. we can't help you." Will never buy a car from them again and certainly won't be bringing this car in to be serviced by them.
Slow to payoff our trade-in While the customer service was good and the deal we got also very good ( that's why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 ), the financing department left much to be desired and operates like a strip mall dealership scam artist. Financing I was helping my grandson establish credit and had to co-sign. That was in April. They sent our information out to 25 and counting finance companies and banks. I received more rejections today. My credit score has dropped several points. They should warn you before they send out your information. They literally ruined my scores and my poor grandson who had no credit all. Never use them
Nissan 370z Recently bought a fairly new car for my wife, had it about a week and found out that Air condition not working. The car I bought was certified. Everything suppose to be checked even if it have a factory warranty or not. The car have only 12000 miles on it, I shouldn't even have to buy extended warranty but the sales manager keeps on pushing. Don't really like customer service, wasn't friendly.
No respect for customers My experience at this dealership is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership and I beg that you take the time to read this before considering purchasing a car from Gwinnett Place Nissan. Lack of communication Went in to get a rental car since my airbag was on recall. He told me I needed someone to drive me there so I got my friend to drive with me there. I went in to check in my car and all the guy said was he got my paper work done and was ready to go. After my friend drove me to enterprise the guy calls me telling I was suppose to drive my car with the bad airbag home then go to enterprise "like we discussed." SOB SOB Jerk Dealer ALERT!!!!!! Not sure if any of you been to Gwinnett Place Nissan near Atlanta GA, but I just got charged 405 dollars for an Alignment job. I sent my car there because they told me it would cost $211 for a 91 GTR with aftermarket coilover. I am hugely disappointed and furious but hopefully everyone else will learn from my mistake and stay away from those MFs!

This place and staff is a joke I visited this dealership to look at a vehicle. I test drove the car and it was ok. I think it was over priced for the year and mileage. They appraised my vehicle way low. I told them that they were under pricing my car and to bring me my keys. They then proceeded to go into the secure area and make fun of my lack of car buying skills. I received my keys and will never visit this dealership ever again.
