Bad Taste and Bad customer Service IF I could give this place a Zero stars I would. The staff do not think about their customers. They promise things and then do NOT follow up on the things promised. They "Want to earn your business" then they leave you alone and not return calls. After 3 days of calls and leaving 3 messages a day for various people got one call back from someone who I hadn't called. Then 3 trips later I get my car back I left as I couldn't drive 2 cars at once. That's after I told the salesman that I didn't... read more

Worst experience ever. Worst experience I have ever had, I went through the whole purchase process only to have them take the car back. I have a 660 credit score and my husband has a six figure income. I had to fight to get them to give me my down payment back and the keys to my trade in. .....DO NOT USE THIS DEALER.... they pulled my credit 25 times = 25 inquiries making it so I could not get approved any where else. (do to the banks thinking I'm trying to buy more than one car or that I'm trying to commit fraud) I hope thi... read more

Part 2 of My Review from 12/7/16 First off let me say everything I felt the day I wrote that fist review was true and I still say my sales team I named was great. BUT THE DEALERSHIP IS ANOTHER ISSUE. The salesman was great (Brandon Calvin) but the rest was all down hill. They paid off my trade in late to the bank it took them over 30 days to pay it off which messed up mine and my husband credit and yes they gave us a letter to mail to the bank to admit fault to fix it, but that was a headache trying to fix all that with the ... read more

Horrible Communication I purchased a vehicle from out of state. I knew the process would take more time since I was not there in person, but I was assured it would be a quick and easy process. The communication was horrible - I was constantly told incorrect information and I would always have to call the dealership for updates. It was very seldom that they would reach out to me. Eventually the vehicle was delivered to me without any temporary tags or paperwork - I had no proof of ownership and had to call multiple times just... read more

Honestly, go to a different Nissan dealership Never sent my pay off check to my old financing company after I traded my car in for more than a month. Ran credit checks after I had already signed a contract and caused my credit to go down. Trying to get in contact with anyone there is exhausting, and almost everyone you deal with on the phone will cut you off, throw you on hold, and forward you to a voicemail. Then no one will call you back. Not worth the hassle, just go to literally any other dealership.

Business response:

Hi, Chloe. We are so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your experience with trading in your vehicle. Your trust is very important to us and we want to do whatever is necessary to earn back your trust. Very bad I am very disappointed first of all the salesman He doesn't know what's taking and then his supervisor the worst-case he tried to sale me Something that I can't afford when I try to explain to him again and again he talks about the same thing basically he wants me to sign the contract I believe both of them they need more training .

Business response:

Horrible Customer Service My experience with Gwinnett Place Nissan on December 31st 2016 was terrible. The first time I went to test drive the vehicle I was introduced to sales rep Monique Kirby. Monique was not knowledgeable in the 2013 Nissan Altima that I was interested in. During the test drive she could not answer many of the questions I had about the vehicle. When I came back to purchase the vehicle I was again referred to Monique Kirby. Again Monique was not knowledgeable of the vehicle and was not attentive to me as ... read more

Happy to lease to you. Government-like bureaucracy returning Dealer sales is a well oiled machine. Courteous and polite. BUT their other departments leave a lot to be desired. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!! I drove an S and SV model Rogue. I wanted an SUV with tinted windows. I discussed the price with the salesman. I waited a few days until I decided. Spoke with the salesman about the S model I was shown with tinted windows. Texted and discussed with salesman, Jai, a few days later; came in and they quoted me more than $2000 our discussed price. We were going to leave. The sales manager and Jai came back with a price $300 over my price. I thought that fair enough. We were there late at night and by the tim... read more
