All the employees are not frendly. It looks like they hate their job. Room carpet is dirty.
Staff very rude with customers. We requested to be changed from the 15th floor to an 1-5 floor due to the elevator NOT working. Never responded back had to take the stairs. Rooms smell horrible, room phone inoperable, bathroom shower doors did not operate properly. Breakfast area was NOT kept clean ran out of food. Overall experience was HORRIBLE!!!
Von zwei Aufzügen ging nur einer. Wartezeit bis ein Aufzug kam, bis zu 15 Min. und dann war er voll. Mit mehreren Koffern hat man dieses Schabernack x-mal zu machen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, aber winzig. Mit 2 Koffer wird es sehr eng im Raum. Valet Parking benötigt 1 Std. Vorlaufzeit, Freude kommt dann auf wenn das falsche Fahrzeug kommt. Man sollte keine enge Termine haben.
Elevadores no funcionan correctamente.
If your hotel is 30+ floors you really need a good working elevator. It took longer for me to get off the 28th floor than it did to get across the rest of Manhattan. After about 20 min of waiting for the elevator to come (with no real indication it was actually on the way) I eventually gave up and climbed down 28 flights of stairs to check out. The stay had been paid for in advance, but at check-in they claimed it had not been paid. A credit card was provided to cover any charges. The next morning, two people tried to enter the room—people to whom the hotel had assigned the same room. To make matters worse, a few hours later, the room key was deactivated due to non-payment. This is a 32 floor hotel. In 2022 I stayed at its North Times Square location which was good but it is closed now thats why I chose times square south location. This location is probably a 1 star or less. One of the two elevators was not working during entire stay. They were manually operating the other elevator; so if you had to come down lobby from room, you would need to call front desk.
