Not recommended I cannot recommend this hotel. We booked it based on budget and the need for a room with two double beds and those are the only reasons I have awarded two stars. The staff (with the exception of one receptionist and Cesar on breakfast duty) were uninterested in their work and offered no elements of customer service. I stayed there for 3 nights and, unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The room was quite small with barely enough space to move around comfortably. It was difficult to sleep two adults on one double bed. The shower was even more cramped, making it difficult to bathe properly. One of the biggest issues was the elevator situation with only two lifts servicing 32 floors, it became almost impossible to get one during peak times like breakfast, resulting in long wait times and a lot of frustration. Les installations sont désuettes et ça sent très mauvais dans la chambre. Ne vous fiez pas aux images d’expedia, ce n’est pas aussi beau que ça a l’air. Le tapis dégage une odeur d’humidité très forte. Ça sent les petits pieds. C’est beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité obtenue. Aussi, soyez prêt à payer 85$ usd pour 24h de stationnement avec eux.
Location in center very good, 1 working lift for lots of floors, no safe in room , cleaning late = 4 pm every day,
Please do not stay here. The only redeeming quality this hotel has is the front desk. Our room smelled, the windows and blankets were dirty and the area is abysmal.
Es un hotel viejo, las toallas viejas, las instalaciones poco cuidadas y muy chuiquito en cuanto espacio. Habia muchos huéspedes y a la hora del desayuno estaba muy sucio el piso.
