It was very expensive the charges a 100 for mayonnaiseafter you by $11 cheeseburger and fries and they charge you for mayonnaise that is just ridiculous they bring you food with no napkins no for no nothing the waitress was horrible

Don't waste your money on the special room, there is nothing special I could tell.. There is no table service, you have to go to the bar.
Way diff then last time bowled got some Good deals but still pricey! Went to eat Before bowled &. Was hard to get order In .part never came & brought check Without bringing meal ever etc. Had fun With our daughter but was a mess with Spills on lanes etc . Mess in bathroom With puke & paper all over for hours . Came back Before left still a mess and puke still There . Had fun but need much better Management & waiter's!!!
We have visited a few times including today. It's a fun place and has potential to be great if the customer service were improved. The internet was down this morning for about an hour, so hardly anything worked. There was no announcement about how long they thought it would be down, nor did they announce when it came back online. Nobody seems to know what's going on, it's hard to get answers to simple questions, things they should be telling you they don't (like the virtual reality has a height requirement. Ms. Rademakers...you make very solid observations and suggestions. Yesterday we failed on a number of levels--main server crashed and brought down many center functions, more than 20 staffers were attending high school graduation ceremonies, the list could go on. Headpinz is the place you go if you don't have anywhere else to bowl. We reserved a lane, got there on time, and were told there was no reservation in our name. They got us all set up after a while (almost 30 mins) and our lane was in the VIP area. We go over to our lane and the table in the VIP area are dirty, no balls in the holders, and there was a family in our lane. Turns out someone came in, and was told to "just go find a lane". Horrible communication, dirty arcade, hot building.

It's a nice place if you want to go for fun with the Fam. Unfortunately it is not a place if you want to bowl a serious game. The lanes are poorly oiled. They allow food and drinks at the alley so they are sticky. The pinsetters work inadequately and you have to reset every other frame. You pay by the hour not by the game. It runs your time down so you have to pay more to finish. We are bowling once a week for fun and exercise. Having a blast!!! In one hour, we both get three games in. GREAT PLACE to get out of the summer heat!
