The person that checked us out was short and snappy with us. Not pleasant and left us sort of standing there thinking wow, she needs a new job. In the Game Center the 2 people that were helping us with one of the (many) games that didn't work were less than helpful. The restaurant is terrible. From the moment I walked through the door I had a terrible experience. The poor host was busing tables and trying to seat people alone on a busy Saturday. No one at my table got their food at the same time. We had four hungry kids. The mac n cheese was cold when we finally got it and the best they could say is that they were behind and told us they couldn't even complete our order (some people didn't even get their food) Definitely won't come back, sorry.

Waited for almost 2 hrs to play, had a reservation and even paid for it and when it was time for us to bowl the told us that our spot was given to someone else, they refunded my money and even gave me a $25 game card but still doesn't make up for the disappointment and the time that was wasted already waiting in the first place ....
First, at the cashier, I was told about a promotion for 2 hours, pizza and 4 shoe rentals, but no available lanes for 2 hours for $45. I explained that we only have 2 people and don't eat pizza, so we asked for 1 lane for 1 hour. She charged us $43. Why wouldn't she explain the difference? The staff is a bunch of teenagers that don't know any better. Then, our lane wouldn't start, so we had to go ask them to start it, then it got stuck 4 different times while we were bowling. Too pricy even on Sundays when they have the $42 special. You should be able to pay by game not be timed. Also, food and drinks are too expensive. For my family of 4 to bowl and have a couple pitchers of beer was $99. Don't waste your time or money

Mr Liddell you are certainly welcome to your opinion. But we think our Sunday special--4 people bowl for 2 hours, get a large one topping pizza and a pitcher of soda--for $42($10.50 per person) is an outstanding deal. We run other bowling specials Monday--Thursday nights. We have daily food specials, happy hour deals, free wing Friday..we could go on. But again, we're sorry that HeadPinz Ft Myers wasn't your cup of tea.
The floors are just awful and the CS sucks will be sure to NEVER return ! My sons paid to reserve a lane for my B-Day and we had one person drop out and Headpinz refused to refund any of the money and you could not bowl in comfort, Cause Like i stated in the beginning the lanes and floor were so sticky it made it IMPOSSIBLE to bowl correctly. This is more of a hang out than a bowling ally . This Company should be ASHAMED of there establishment smh I will NEVER return or recommend this ally :(
I liked the food and the arcade games. It's just a shame we couldn't do bowling because of the expense.

Thank you for the review Stephanie. We've got a great deal on Sunday's for bowling--PIZZA & PINS. 4 people get to bowl for 2 hours, rental shoes included, one large pizza and a pitcher of soda for just $42. That's $10.50 a person. We also have nightly specials Monday -- Thursday.
Lanes are not oiled and floors are sticking messed up my personal bowling shoes. Not worth the $35 an hour. Oh and no refunds just in case you pay for shoes and a person doesn't show up. I'll go to gator lanes next time.
