We cannot thank the staff enough at Heartlands Care & Nursing Home for the care and compassion they showed my mom. Once Mom settled in the home, she was more relaxed and made some friends. Nothing was too much for the staff when it came to looking after Mom. Getting Mom into the home was made easy by all the management at the home. I would recommend this home to other people if they were looking for a care home for one of their family members.

Many thanks for the care, compassion and dignity shown to our father in the short time he was with you. It was very comforting to know he was in such caring and safe hands. I would also like to thank all the staff for the friendly and caring manner they treated our family.

My dad was in the Heartlands Care Home, the care and attention he received was amazing, if ever you needed a home for your loved ones to stay this is the care home to pick, the care they also gave us as a family was second to none, from reception to all the care staff they went above and beyond, I really cannot praise the care team enough.

My father was brought into Heartlands Care as end of life. The care he received was amazing. The staff go above and beyond with him but also with us as a family. We had some rough days but there was always someone for a cuddle and a chat. I would recommend your beautiful home. It has so many lovely features. You are all amazing and made my dad's passing so nice, with people who genuinely care so thank you from the bottom of our heart, never change.

My mum has been in the home since September 23. The staff are welcoming and lovely to deal with. Mum's room is spacious with ensuite. The food is good and served on time. The nurses and managers are professional and caring. All of the staff are nice to deal with from the receptionist to the cleaners and hospitality. The place is kept spotless, and my friend after visiting Mum, said it was like a hotel. I would highly recommend Heartlands to anyone seeking a care/nursing facility for a relative or friend.

Heartlands Care & Nursing Home is amazing! From the moment I entered the building, the reception staff were welcoming, smiling, knowledgeable, and friendly. My partner and I were shown around all 3 floors and told about what each floor cared for, as we were looking for somewhere for my Mother-in-law. The facilities they have for the residents, regardless of whether they are able-bodied or bed-bound are brilliant. They have arts/crafts, singers, and bingo. My uncle has recently moved into Heartlands Care Home with relatively short notice after a period of illness in the hospital made it clear that it was not practical for him to return to his own home. The team at Heartlands were reassuringly supportive and proactive in assessing him promptly and transferring him from the hospital, whilst keeping us updated throughout. Since his arrival, he has been provided with such care and attention that we can see he has quickly settled, and we look forward to seeing much more of him now ... read more

Since my husband has been getting care at County Court. He has gone from not being able to walk to walking again, with help from carers. They restored his confidence to walk, he kept falling and lost his confidence. I can't praise the carers enough, they are friendly and professional and bring joy to the residents. I will wholeheartedly recommend the County Court Group. They bring dignity to dementia residents. Thank you.

It has been a lovely experience for my nan although I was sat on the phone for half an hour just to find out how my nan is and she was sitting there filing her nails, but thank you to this lovely care home.
