I called HearUSA with some questions about pricing. The Lady was very rude and before I could finish my question she kept saying "nope", "nope" "nope". I just said thank you and hung up. If this is their customer service, I sure don't want to use them for ordering hearing aids.
I have tryed all of your phone numbers none of them ring why
Went in for a 10:00 appointment. They open at 8:30 was told the person who would do my test had car trouble. Should have called me and let me know. Very disappointed as I had to drive a long way.

Howard Beach NY office hours are not at all convenient for people who work. Closed by 5, no weekend hours. Looking at other locations, seems to be the same. Does anyone consider people who work 9-5 M-F?
I went to hearing usa because freedom insurance company sent me there they did not have any in my county owned by the same company they refused to give me permission to use another hearing aid company. Did not like what they had, l choose to shop around. Audibel and hearing USA had the MOST expensive hearing aids FOR THE DOLLAR. The Staten Island HearUSA is terrible. I spent weeks waiting for my provider to process my hearing aid order only to finally find out Hear USA never sent the forms they requested. HearUSA kept saying they did. Had to conference call both to get straight only to find out a week later that it didn't have all the info. Left voicemail, because even though they at supposedly open 9-5 nobody answers the phone, to tell them to emailed it to me. Bought Oticon OPN 1's last week. I was told due to the ear molds, it would take a week. Yesterday I was informed late next week. Almost double the amount of time I was told. I've bought from another Oticon audiologist and never had this problem. Hope its not a sign of things to come.
I was told I needed a part when my hearing aid quit working. First it would take a week, then 2 weeks passed and nothing. They then closed for renovation and then another 10 days passed. I was then told the part would be over nighted. Then I was told there was a problem with the other things the part was shipped with. It has been over a month now and still no part. I will not be recommending this company
