RecommendedI was not happy with Lisa Wood LHAD, we went in for hearing test and new hearing aids. Lisa proceeded to tell us my mother could get some new aids but these aids were 800.00. I asked her what aids could my mom get that her insurance covered everything, she yold me none. I could not believe that. Lisa proceeded to advise me to call her insurance and I did. It’s not the hearing aids, it is having a different person every time we go to HearUSA. It is having to drive further to get where HearUSA is located. When I first got my hearing aids i really liked being in Fairfax and I liked the lady that helped fix my hearing aids. Then later I tried to get an appointment and the Fairfax was closed. My husband and I had to drive to Springfield which was a long drive. The lady that helped me was a wonderful lady and new what she was doing. She fixed my hearing aids almost immediately. RecommendedThey explained the difference in the hearing aids They answered all my questions. I was able to go outside to hear street sounds.
RecommendedWhenever possible, they have me come in the same day if I’m having an issue.

The person who was going to do my hearing test was very rude. We got there 20 min before the appointment time and wasn’t see until 1:20. She spoke to me like I was stupid. I explained to her that I had hearing aids yrs ago and I know how they work. She then put me in the testing booth checked my ears and said I had a lot of wax in it and I should see a ent I told her I did and he cleaned out a lot of it and said I should be ok to get the aids and he would clean them again.
