The hearing aids were way too expensive and did not fit very well. Also had static noise
I paid $2,000 for one hearing aid at HEARUsa and I have had problems with it since I bought it. I started going to one office then switched to one closer to my home. The staff there is horrible. In the last 2 years I have had to go to their office at least once a month because my hearing aid is not working. Everytime I go in they only change the end part of my hearing aid then after a week or two my hearing aid stops working. Sell products that work. My husband spent $3000 and he heard better before he got the junk they cal hearing aids. Now they have closed the office!! Will be contacting our insurance company to warn them about this sham of a company!!

Extremely unprofessional. Audiologist came out without a mask on. I asked him to put one on and he argued with me that the little plastic spit shield he had counted as a mask. I walked out. Front desk clerk had a hard time keeping her mask on too.
Worse customer service ever! Actually no customer service at all!! Don’t deal with this company, they never return an email!

A profoundly deaf friend had a terrible experience. No respect or professional care.
I have been an existing client at HEARUSA for almost 10 years. I just walked out of the HearUSA office and will be taking my business elsewhere once my hearing aid warranty expires in the next several months. I put up with having to bounce through 5 providers and 4 offices (all at least an hour away from my home) in 5 years due to audiologist turnover and office closings. My husband purchased the top of the line hearing aides 3 years ago in your Ocala FL store. The price was over 8k $, but with the AARP discount they were half price over 4k$. This is a crazy price yes but when you are buying the top of the line ...well ok. 3 years later ....we have had to go to the store for repairs over 10 times. This company charges over insurance amounts. There should be pricing within the amount insurance pays. My last insurance paid $1000 and I didn't have to pay a penny out of pocket. My current insurance pays $1500 but this company wants an extra $490 for their basic hearing aids.
