the after care and service is really bad .they never answer there phone and you have to wait a day or two for them to call you back if they do

I have been requesting that Hear USA stop sending me junk mail. They asked me for my address so they could remove my name. It never happened and the junk mail continued. When I asked why they told me it takes 30 to 60 to remove a name from the mailing list. Then it continued!!! The next time I complained they asked for my name and address AGAIN. My father purchased hearing aids thru financing, however he lost his hearing aids, and now they are saying the line of credit is invalid to replace them, they have taken over a month to get back to us,my father is on a fixed income and now paying for something he cant pay to replace ($1000.00) horrible customer service at the Redlands location, they never answer the phone and office is always closed even though the hours state 8:30am-5pm, find somewhere else to get your hearing aids.

Over 4000.00 of a purchase and you need service every six months. The office I purchase was closed and moved and now only open every other Wednesday for few hours. Bay City office open few days short hours and only other option is Grand Rapids. I work full time and can’t get to Grand Rapids just for this service. Find a company who wants to retain its customers especially when you are spending this kind of money.

I was very disappointed in the Adrian, Michigan location. Was given the runaround. Very poor customer service. Thankful to have found another place where was treated like gold. Thanks HearingLife for being much better!!!!!!!
