Joe was a very friendly and considerate salesman. He did not pressure us into anything and made us feel like he was concerned with our needs. Joe and Ramesh made the car buying experience enjoyable which is not always the case. I would definatly check them out if you are looking to buy.

Walter Lyons was excellent: knowledgeable, good listener, sincere, friendly. He took time to show us all the Altimas!! He knew when to let my wife and I discuss our choices without interfering and he knew when to insert info we needed to make those choices. We left feeling that he was new member of our family. Walter gave us great input on the car while putting very little pressure. He had to go the distance literally (the trim lines we wanted to look at were spread across the dealership) for us to get a look at all the options we wanted to see. We didn't go to buy (we were still shopping), but, if we buy a Nissan, I'm definitely going back to Walter at MileOne.

Purchased 2007 Nissan Maxima new from Kevin Jung; wonderful experience. Called to enquire about a New Nissan Pathfinder online that I saw. Spoke with Walter Lyons who was able to give me a lot of the information I needed about the car over the phone (such as pricing, monthly payments, promotions, etc). He was extremely helpful. I was able to secure my financing through Nissan.com so once at the dealership, it was quite easy to "seel the deal". Only wait was for Justin in Finance (as there were a couple people buying cars). HG Nissan will be the only one to get my repeat business. I own 3 Nissan vehicles, all of which were purchased from HG Nissan in Silver Spring, MD. I own a 4th Mile One vehicle that was purchased from Tischer BMW. I plan to buy the Juke from HG Nissa when it becomes available in Nov 2010. I have had a great experience with the service department at the dealership. They go out of their way to accommodate the customer. They are honest and the quality of work is excellent. I have had multiple experiences with bring my vehicles to the service department for various services. I always find the service personnel very friendly and courteous.
