Mr. Margelos has shown over the years that they are customer oriented and very knowledgeable about people and the automobiles that they deal with. George and his team are above the rating charts. When you have a a confidence in your service people, that makes you want to come back, because you know you're in good hands, and you will not have to worry about your car. I have to say that this is another positive comment about the MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan dealership in Silver Spring, Maryland. Regarding my recent bodywork repair with the MileOne Collision Center in Beltsville, Maryland, I felt a need to discuss the repair with my mechanical service advisor Keith Hirsch. There are not enough positive statements I can make about the good service I receive from Mr. Keith Hirsch, a service advisor at the MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan dealership in Silver Spring, Maryland. Mr. Hirsch demonstrates well-honed skills as he adeptly performs his liaison role between the service technicians and me. Keith is terrific. He is friendly and helpful and knowledgeable and accommodating. We have used Herb Gordon Nissan for 25 yrs! We always receive a loaner car. Keith calls to let us know what work will be done and the cost. Calls when car is ready. Car is always washed and clean. The entire staff is always friendly. Would not consider another dealership! We trust everyone here and have always had an excellent experience.

Excellent dealership with great customer service. Definitely recommended! Staff is always friendly and prompt. They are also very good with doing follow up calls to ensure you are happy with your service. This definitely goes the extra mile in my book.

Though I live in VA, I bought my 2009 Altima Coupe at Herb Gordon and I am glad that I did. The car is everything I expected and draws attention wherever I go. The buying experience with Larry and Hassan was the best I have experienced and I have bought many new cars. (My purchase rating was in Oct 09.) This rating is for service. This was the second service at Herb Gordon; it was for warranty replacement of the front strut mounting insulators. I would like to say my experience with this dealership was extremely spectacular. Mr. Hassan was a joy to work with. I was extremely nervous and did not think I could get approved. Mr. Hassan with his confidence and professionalism calmed my fears. Mr. Hassan and the finance department were able to find a lender that would finance me a new car which I was not expecting, because I was looking for a used car. That really made my day. I would like to say my experience with this nissan dealer was nothing but spectacular I must admit I was skeptical about coming in due to my credit situation, I did not think I could get a lender to finance me. Mr Hassan was a pleaure and joy to work with. He most definitely calmed my fears. My wife and I worked with Walter Lyons to pick out a 2010 Nissan Xterra SE. We could not have been happier with Walter's friendly demeanor and patience with us. We had done our research prior to coming to this dealership and Walter was able to pretty much match the best price I had received.
