I have just move to the maryland area about two years ago and my vehicles has unfortunately had quiet a few problems. After moving from Florida my Nissan Armada has had a lot of problems from blown transmission cooler lines to Engine problems. George has helped me and kept me up to date at all times. George is a really friendly guy, It really has been a pleasure working with george. I would refer anyone with a nissan to george he is the best.

This was an absolute wonderful experience when buying a car, that I have ever had! Mr. Lysons was recommended to me about buying a car. I have credit issues, and was really embarrassed to talk or go to ANY dealerships becasue of how they normally will treat people with bad credit. I was going to PA to buy a car, and a friend suggested that I try Herb Gordon Nissian. Had a rattle in the door of my 2005 Armada that I bought used from them. It was very difficult to reproduce the noise and I had to take it back several time... BUT, they never quit working on it, never tried to charge me and kept trying to fix it and make me happy until it was properly repaired. The GM Van, Service Manager Rodd and the Technician Joe were all terrific to work with. I highly recommend them! Thank you.

The staff at Herb Gordon Nissan, in particular Rodd Bowman (Service Mgr) and Keith Hirsch (Service Agent), have consistently provided honest, quality service for our 3 Nissan vehicles. They are easily accessible by phone or e-mail and demonstrate excellent response time.

Gustavo did an outstanding job of providing the most information we needed in the shortest amount of time. We were able to make our decision easily with Gustavo's help, patience and guidance. We would not hesitate to return to Herb Gordon Nissan for a future car purchase and would certainly hope to work with Gustavo in as well.

Ms. Fritz was a "sailor's delight!" She was trustworthy, honest and an extremely nice person. Mr. Sheley was also a "sailor delight!" He is man of skill and I'd trust my car's fate to him at anytime. Herb Gordon Tischer Automotive Group can count on me to be a "customer for life." I had a hideous experience in the purchase of my car at Darcars Rockville and opted to have service performed at Herb Gordon, based on a friend's recommendation. It is the best choice and finest service I've ever received. It's a pleasure to work with EVERYONE at Herb Gordon, but particularly George. What an amazing experience - service is timely, competent, and pleasant. Wow!

This dealer was extremely helpful. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt as if I was being taken seriously, they addressed my concerns about getting a new car and helped me find one that worked within my budget (actually well within my budget) and I couldn't be happier. I met some great people and I think I got a fantastic deal. I would highly recommend this dealer.
