Debbie and JD from the internet sales department were both awesome to work with. They offered me THE best deal right off the bat. I asked a few other dealers to see if they could beat it and no one could even come close (and the others even tried to pull some shenanigans). "JD" was a really friendly and helpful salesperson. He didn't pressure us or make us feel like we were just another buyer. He even remembered my name months after I made the purchase. Justin Kim was also very friendly and helpful during the financing process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. My salesperson (Debbie Colt) treated me like I was apart of her family. After a general conversation she knew exactly what I was looking for and took me right to the lot to find it. It was a 2009 Nissan Altima. I actually hadn't heard of anyone else who had been to Mile One but am glad I stumbled upon them. The staff is professional and not too pushy. We were able to work out agreeable price and terms without much haggling. I was a little disappointed in teh trade in value but I am sure all owners are probably overly optimistic on how much they think their trade in is worth. I believe Marcelo was new to Nissan. It was my first time to buy a car, so I didn't have any information. Especially, I am from Korea, so I have a trouble to speak English very well. But, Kevin, who can speak Korean, and Debbie helped me everything, even buying an insurance. They are very kind and friendly.I am glad I made a deal with them.

My experience with Herb Gordon has been good so far, but I am withholding my final review pending delivery of all weather floor mats, which might take more time to obtain than I had previously been told. I will post my final review once the transaction is complete.
JD was very friendly and honest in all his dealings regarding my new car purchase. He was the same yesterday when my wife purchased a new car from him. I would highly recommend both the dealer and JD in particular to anyone I know interested in purchasing a new car.
