I purchased my Nissan Cube today and the staff here at this dealership took care of everything! They walked me through the car, the delaership and I had opportunity to meet many nice folks. I was very impressed by how thorough Mr. Albert and Mr. Miller were given my unique circumstances and they were collectively quick to service my individual needs. I was up for a personal vehicle and my experience today ensures that my business fleet cars will be purchased from this dealership in the near future.

I am always very nervous and anxious when it comes to buying a car. It has never been a pleasant experience for me. We purchased our vehicle from Herb Gordon yesterday, and the experience could not have been any better!! Debbie and Jose were both professional, and helpful. I just purchased a new Altima from this dealership, and unbeleivable as it may seem, it was a truly pleasant experience. The salespeople I dealt with were professional, and more importantly, treated my family and me as intelligent human beings. I'm really glad to have found Herb Gordon, after a very lengthy search for a new car. I did lots of research online, and went to several dealerships in the area, before I settled on a Nissan Altima. I found a great deal at a different dealership, but wanted to make sure I couldn't do any better... Excellet customer service. Followed the rules IRT interaction with USAA customers. I provided them a criteria and they worked to meet it. Only concern, my vehicle only came with a little over a half-tank. The sales rep stated that it only needed to be a half tank. This concern might not seem like much but it makes me wonder if this is how I can expect service from the dealer (less than perfect). Considering the dealer did everything good its a shame to have delivered a product with only a half-tank of gas.

Outstanding service across the board, from the salesman, leasing manager and finance manager. Exact car we were looking for was located, and before we took purchase Mr. Dorsey took considerabe time explaining its various features. He also made the blue tooth connection for both our cell phones (no easy task).

My experience with Herb Gordon Nissan was a very positive one. I found my Nissan Rogue on line thru cars.com & contacted the dealership to see if the car I saw on line was in fact available. I was told that it was & was asked if I wanted to come in for a test drive. I definitely wanted to come in ASAP, because the Rogue looked really HOT on line. I was referred to Herb Gordon Nissan through AAA's car buying service. My first thought was, there could not possibly be a good enough reason for me to travel from Woodbridge, VA to Silver Spring, MD to purchase a new car when there were other Nissan dealers closer to my residence.
