Every employee here was wonderful. I was treated with kindness and professionalism and they made me feel like the most important customer even though I wasn't there to purchase a $30k car. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a new car, you can be confident that you will get a great deal and treated well from the moment you walk in. I worked with Jose Reyes and Muna Chongo to price new Nissan Sentras. They were both very friendly and accomodating of my schedule to come it. They were well informed and answered my questions by e-mail, over the phone, and in person. They did not pressure me into a purchase, which I really appreciated. Jose identified an additional discount that I was eligible for (recent graduate) to help get the price down even further.
Very positive experience in buying this vehicle.Everybody went out of there way to make to make the transaction go as smooth as posible.Debbie and JD worked well together as a team to make to complete the sale.Ramesh was very helpful in completing the deal. We found Debbie through calling the dealership. She found us an SVU that was perfect - a 2009, used black Pathfinder with only 5000 miles on it. First and foremost, I love my new car. I traded in a Audi a-4 that has nothing on this new altima coupe. I contacted several nissan dealers,online, and by phone, and could have bought the car anywhere. In fact, Herb Gordon was the only dealership that didn't have the exact car that I wanted. Alan found the car I wanted at another site, had it delivered in the afternoon. I came after work, and was driving the new car out in an hour and a half. Did I pay more? I don't think so, but maybe.
