I found the car I wanted on Herb Gordon Nissan's website and when I came to Herb Gordon to see the car it was as described both cosmetically and mechanically. There was no haggling over price and they didn't play games with the financing. It was a most pleasant experience. we went to two other dealerships and also checked the altima out on line. Herb Gordon Nissan gave us a better price over the phone. we went to the dealership and the price was the same. it took us less then an hour to test drive the car do the paperwork and arrange for financing. It was the least stress I ever had buying a car. I highly recommend Herb Gordon Nissan's complete staff.

My husband and I found our first visit to MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan very pleasant. We bought a new SUV from them and were impressed with their high level of customer service and attention to detail. I have been deling with Herb Gordon Nissan since 1975. I have purchaswed one used and three new cars from them. I have all three of my Nissans serviced there. They are always responsive, courteous, and most import, I trust them. They always stand behind their work. he have Saturday hours. They are located in the Montgomery Auto Park which is conenient and easy to get in and out of. The ultimate buying experience is for a customer to walk away happy having just purchased a 40K-plus product - that's the customer service Muna (sales rep), Charlie and KJ team provided me. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealer. They are friendly, helpful and respectful. I looked at vehicels they answered all the questions, gave me time to think about the purchase and then I made an appointment to get the new car. It was ready and waiting. The trade in was value of the old vehicel is what I expected.

Very friendly and always courteous. Everyone listens very well when you make requests and tell them if the car has a problem that needs to be addressed. This is a big plus, as in general, I find that this is not the case in many businesses in general! Customer service is excellent. Both of our cars are returned clean and as scheduled. I made an appointment for the 7,500 mile service. They were on time and completed the work within one hour, including washing the car by hand. Their new facility is excellent with a flat screen HD TV in the waiting room. I also enjoyed some freshly popped pop corn. Everything went smoothly.
