Excellent service from Rod and the crew! They were timly, professional, and I would definitely reccomend them to others. I was told how long of a wait it would be, they reccomended the best times to come in. The area to wait was very large and comfortable. It was very professional.

I've bought several cars from Herb Gordon Nissan, and have all serviced there as well. I've always been treated well, and always have a pleasant experience. Rodd,Keith and Greg are true professionals. I've never had a problem with both routine maintenance and warranty work, and transportation is always offered.

I can't remember when I had a better experience buying a car! There was no pressure to buy anything. After searching the entire lot I settled on the 2009 Nissan Altima. Stephanie took the time to explian how the financing works and broke down the payments, interests and taxes into terms I could easliy understand and got me the best bang for my buck. I just got home from buying a car... They made everything extremely easy and painless. I would recommend them to ANYONE. They went out of their way to find the car in the color and style I wanted and made sure it was all ready to go by the time I arrived. I had a wonderful experience in dealing with my first car purchase from Charlie Miller at Herb Gordon Nissan. Charlie was very knowledgeable on all of the Nissan car and SUV models as I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted at the time. I didn't feel pressured into making a decision and I felt very comfortable in dealing with him. I would definitely come back to buy my next car from Charlie and the Herb Gordon team.

My experience so far has only been with buying the car as it is not up for initial service yet. The buying experience was excellent. The car was ready on time as promised and all of the paper work had been prepared in advance. All of the staff was very friendly and worked quickly to get me through the buying process. The car was thoroughly explained to me including a brief test drive to go over all the systems as this is a new and very complex car (2009 GT-R).
