Jordan Jenkins provided great customer service from day 1. He was very friendly and personable. He made sure we understood everything and answered all our questions. In all he was very thorough. Also, he understood what prices we were comfortable with and worked with us. Overall, Jordan was amazing and we couldn't be any happier with our new vehicle.

I was anticipating that buying a car would be stressful. However, working with Joe Wheeler at Herb Gordon turned out to be the opposite. Joe was up front, helpful and responsive to our needs. He spent a lot of time with us and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the right car, within our budget. He made the whole process easy and stress free. Our interactions with Kevin, the sales manager, and Justin, the finance manager, were similar. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe or the dealership to anyone.

I purchased my Altima in 2008 and have received nothing but excellent service from George Margelos and the entire Herb Gordon staff. I look forward to visiting each time because I am greeted with professionalism and treated with respect. They are courteous from start to finish. I highly recommend Herb Gordon and George, my service manager, to everyone.

It took a while to get it all done but was worth it. So far, (first day) I love the car. I was looking for a red car but changed my mind when I saw the silver. The dealership is not far from my home which is convenient. Everyone there was so happy that I bought the car. Mary Young

Herb Gordon was one of three Nissan dealers that I found through the USAA Car Buying Service. Kevin Yi, a sales manager, contacted me quickly. I went to Herb Gordon to test drive an Altima, and was fortunate to have been greeted by Gustavo, a superb sales associate. He was knowledgeable, helpful, understood my needs, and did not give us a hard sell in any way. Herb Gordon's price was a little higher than some others, but I wanted to give the sale to Gustavo. My story has a happy ending solely because of Lynn Fritz. A routine repair became "not so routine" and a mistake was made. Enter Lynn. Her honesty, empathy and committment to satisfying her customers is amazing. As I sat in the waiting room, I noticed Lynn's interaction with other customers. I went in for an oil change and Lynn suggested a service that was overdue and would help with the performance of the truck. She also researched and found that there was a recall on the truck in which there would be additional work needed on the truck since I was effected by the recall. Lynn found that the dealership did not have the part needed to sucessfully complete the recall but took my phone number and called me once the part came in and set up a time for me to bring the vehicle back in for service.
