"Extreme lack of communication" Attempted to purchase a car from this dealership through there out of state team. I waited days for a response back. By the time I received a response back with actual information (a week later) the car of course was sold. "I bought a car from them seven months ago. These people..." I bought a car from them seven months ago. These people are crooks. They covered up the fact that the car was in an accident and they gave me a key fob for a car that isn’t even mine. Buyer beware. Then they told me to call a man who fixes key fobs. The man won’t pick up the phone. When I finally got him he told me to send a picture of the key and he never got back to me.
"CAN NOT GET A TITLE TO MY CAR" my car was shipped across the country three weeks ago without any paperwork or title. I have begged them for a title. I am filing a complaint with FLA licensing, attorney general and BBB.

What a bunch of shysters. Before buying a car here be sure to check Autocheck!!!! I will never buy here again!!!!!!!!!! "Would not return " Honest review of our experience. Unfortunately I would not recommend and will not go back. First off, I will say our sales person, Carolyn, was great, not pushy and spent much time with us. Besides that our experience with management and the car was disappointing. The reason why the prices are good is because the majority of the cars have an accident reported, we personally had a hard time finding one we liked that hadn't been through one.
