"After sales lies" I have bought two high end vehicles from this dealership in Orlando and have experienced the most suspicious after sales treatment i could ever imagine. My first vehicle I was told that they do not provide a second key. I protested and suddenly a second key was found. During the sales process I pointed out that the tire pressure light was on . "BUYER BEWARE ! Not worth the savings !! PLEASE READ !!" Found out after that most of these cars are auction cars, may have had damage! Not worth the saving! If I could I would have given 0 STARS. Purchased a car, very unprofessional, & lots went wrong ( too much to list), been waiting for a response for months. Sold me a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan with less than 1700 miles on it. Been in and out of the shop several times, not worth it !! I write this review so others will see the troubles I've been through. Buyers Beware !!

"xxx i dont even know how to feel" after i spend 4 hours there and was 2 hours late to work i got a 2010 Buick enclave it broke down after 3 hours due to the fact that it had no oil in it they sold us a car with no nil in it so it seized up in the middle of the road so i called them immediately and they came picked the car up and my wife witch was in it while it happened . they took her back to the dealership and the car and they got us a different car witch was cheaper and newer and had less mileage. hopefully this one will... read more
"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE" They pass you from one person to the other just to get the deal done. They broke a piece off the car because they knew nothing about the car when selling it then continued to lie over and over as to when it would be fix and the part is ordered HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

"Came to agreement on terms and signed all paperwork. On..." Came to agreement on terms and signed all paperwork. On my way to the finance guy and they call me over, claiming that check engine light came on and wouldn't go off. They said they would call the next morning with what their service techs found. I never received a call and the vehicle I was purchasing was removed from the site. Guess I negotiated too good of a deal on my trade so they found someone else to buy it.

Frank Guierre was absolutely first class...unfortunately his finance manager a delivered cashiers check within 2 days by Fedex wasn’t good enough for him so the deal fell through. What a plonker! "Would never buy again from them" Would not send title until i showed proof i was transporting it to Indiana. Would not release car until i showed proof of insurance. Taxed on too much "extra". I paid cash!!!! The police ran a check and it came back in my name so they have no business after they got their money
"BAMBOOZLED" I drove 2.5 hours to purchase a vehicle. I had my own financing in place, insurance active, and all necessary documentation to close my loan. They insisted they could find better financing....that was a lie. Upon arrival, I was prompted to complete the dealer application and financial documents. Be mindful I had a pre-approval with a down payment in the offer. "buyer beware" This dealership is the absolute worse dealership I have had experience with. I went to dealership looking for their so called variety of vehicles. What a joke! I decided to drive a BMW 328i because they didnt have the exact car that was on their website. I drive the car and of course it had a previous crash as most of their vehicles do.
