"very bad " Services are very bad and delay in ending procedures and lost money because of their bad treatment and There is no follow-up of them and also when they finish the papers they ignore the contacts

"Waste of Time" Prices advertised below KBB, but when you tack on the nearly $1300 dealer fee it's at or above KBB. Spent 4 hours purchasing a car. Salesperson was great. However, the rest of the company dropped the ball. Kept being passed around, and each department didn't seem to communicate with each other. "Buyer Beware and verify prior to Purchase / Signing!" Salesman and management were very pleasant talking to but overall customer service failed and seemed not to care one way or the other. Very Loud obnoxious music (to us the customers) / Poor Customer Service! "dont use them" This is why car places have a bad reputation...all rolled up in one experience. You are unimportant... would suggest anyone use them... Go else where

"Scammers who don't return checks to your bank" My husband and I looked online and picked out a vehicle. We had been pre approved through our bank and had everything ready to go, they already got their check. When we showed up and test drove it, there was no a/c. There was also rust on the under carriage and also inside the vehicle. Obviously we were no longer interested since I'm not paying 20k for a lemon. "Thieves" Wow what a terrible dealership! From the moment you walk in all they do is push this “great” way of doing business with no commission and upfront pricing but they never really listen to you and what you want. Plus plan on being there the whole day even though they really weren’t that busy (lots of people just standing around) and then you get to the financing! 16 times they ran my credit! 3 of those times were the same bank! "Do Not Trust" I did a lot of research online about the car I wanted and ended up at HGregg in Orlando by MCO because they had two out of the three that I wanted. I made an appointment online and made sure that both options were still available. I thought this would help speed the process up, but it seems that the reservation system is just a front to make you feel important. "Lessons Learned - Don't Trust this Dealership" Extremely Dissappointed. They are not trustworthy and view their customers as been too stupid not to know the games they play. They stated car included floor mats and no floor mats once car was delivered. Seatbelt was broken as well.

"Don’t trust this dealership " I purchased a used 09 c63 and it has problems this dealership want fix. Was there for 9:00am appointment on a Saturday and did not get out of the dealership until after 2:00 pm. They only fixed part of one problem that was on my list. Told me they had to order parts just to get out of fixing the problem. At this point I want recommend HGreg to no one.
