"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! " Our experience at HGreg was horrible. First and foremost I must admit that our sales person Tony Patrizzio was FANTASTIC! If it wasn’t for Tony we would have walked. "Sold me a car with wrong key and undivuged crash damage" I bought a 2018 Nissan Murano from them. Warning ight came on for the crash sensor. I took it to my dealer, and was informed that the crash sensor was smashed, but not replaced. Since it was crash damage, it is not covered by the warranty. $1200 dollars to replace it. The key they gave me was for a Nissan Ultima. key was uncut and will not work in my car. Another 350 dollars. Their response when I called them, was too bad. I will not ever buy from them again.
"Poor Communication..." So, not a great experience trying to purchase online. Pedro, was my consultant. At the end of the day I think his customer service skills can be refined quite a bit. "Was defrauded into getting GAP coverage" I came to HGreg for no-hassle purchase with price as advertised purchase. I made it very easy by telling sales guy I wanted one car and was willing to purchase now. My paperwork was put together and I met with the finance guy. He put al the paperwork in front of me to sign and snuck in an additional dealer fee of $899 and also added GAP coverage. I asked about both. He responded the that both fees were required. "We were told it had the remainder of its factory warranty. " During our purchase time with sales and finance staff, they noted many times that the vehicle carries the manufacturer’s warranty of Three-year 36,000-mile bumper to bumper and Five-year 60,000-mile drive train coverage. "Run Far and Fast" I purchased a 2018 Jeep Renegade from this dealer in May. I paid cash for the vehicle and over a month later, they cannot produce a valid state of Florida clear title. The title indicates that there is a lien on the vehicle. After repeated attempts to get this rectified with Carlos Rosario, the dealership manager in Orlando, here I still sit with no title. "Wonderful sales crew, big selection, TERRIBLE service crew " I was quite pleased with my salesman, Ameur. He’s a great guy who was very easy to talk to. I was also very pleased with the finance department. Everything was explained to me in full detail, and I was very happy with the rates that we reached. "Worst dealership I have EVER delt with, very unprofessional."
