We had a horrible plumbing issue on Friday morning. Toilets and bathtubs completely stopped up in our very old house. Emergency! One plumber got to us by 12:30pm and had 2nd one there by 3. Worked til 11pm to find stoppage and ended up having to take out major old corroded pipes. Came back early Sat am and finished the job spanning 3 floors of house. Smart, polite, creative and thorough. Did a great job and cleaned up nicely afterward. What a find!!

I wish I could give zero stars. Plumber was sent out to fix two toilets. Did not fix either toilet properly. One toilet is still not flushing properly. Claims the other toilet has a foreign object in it because he couldn't get his auger through, however I was able to get my auger through, the toilet just didn't clear. Warranty company denied claim. I called to ask technician to remove the words "foreign object" as there is no evidence of what exactly is blocking the toilet. Very simple fix. He refused. Got $100 for 10 minute... read more

AHS sent these people out for a simple toilet repair-- they caused thousands of dollars worth of damages to my home--nightmare. Absolutely disgraceful- stay away from this company!!!!

Horrible company. Wast of time and money, They send out plumbers that don't know what they are doing. Then write up false reports. I had 2 simple leaks and plumber said he had no access to main shut off valve that is in the open back yard that anyone can get too. Charged $125 service fee for nothing. I have called and emailed several times for a real plumber and/or supervisor and have been getting the run around.

The tech that was sent out to my house was knowledgeable and did not give up until the issue was resolved. But unfortunately, he caused more damage while trying to fix the problem. In the notes for my service, he stated that I had preexisting damage from the issue they were contacted about. Yet, what was already there when he arrived happened in 2019. If 0 was an option, I'd give it. I should have obviously read these reviews before retaining this company. AHS refers this company and I've alerted them as well. Even if you need an emergency repair, just request another company as this one will likely result in regrets. I allowed these people into my home for an emergency water heater repair and thought I wanted a master plumber, but was assigned a technician. Don't use these guys. I had a sewer blockage and had a plumber come out who told me I needed a jetter but he didn't have one. I then contacted High Priority to come out and run a jetter. Instead of doing that, they blamed the city. I then had to waste my time and the city's time to come out and tell me it was on my side. When I called HP again for a follow-up, instead of giving me same day service like they did before, they gave me an appt 10 days out. I was referred to High Priority Plumbing by AHS. There service and quality of work has declined. Over the years I have had several repairs completed by this company however the most recent repair was different. Bradley the plumber was respectful, but seems overwhelmed in diagnosing and later completing the repair even when he bought another plumber to help him.
