My warranty company sent High Priority Plumbing to my home to pump my septic tank. High priority sent out a nice young man to do the work, but I find out later that he has only been working there for a month. I've had my tank pumped twice and they took the time to find the tank and only dug in one spot. This particular company employee dug up my flowers and shrubs trying to locate my tank. I reached out to High Priority to see if they would replace my flowers and shrubs and they said no. Use this company at your own risk. Th... read more
Not a fan. Have used them multiple times and need to request experienced plumbers bc the ones without experience will offer to cut holes into your ceiling without actually understanding the issue. If you request a specific person, they will send someone else in their place without informing you. Second time, they ordered the wrong part. This time they changed their policy to waive their fee for prior customers. Did not send out a communication of this change and when I spoke to someone, she refused to allow me to speak to an... read more
They recommended a water damage mitigation company that turned out to be a litigation company to me. Three years after their service I'm going to trial with said company. I hope the referral fee they got was worth it though. Too bad because their service was fine, as was their plumber. However I hope in the future they vet the people they recommend.
High Priority Plumbing came to one of my homes and charged me $700 to repair a plumbing issue. Two days later I had to call them back as the problem was not remedied. One of their other technicians came out and addressed the issue that was not done correctly the first time. When I told him what I paid, he commented that that was way more than what it should have been. Which is what I thought, but I was in a jam and needed help, so I paid it. They were responsive, so when I had another plumbing matter at another home, I calle... read more
Disappointed in the timeliness of services being provided by High Priority Plumbing. I reported a leak in my unit last week and here we are over a week later and I'm still waiting for someone to fix the issue. They said plumbing requests were backed up (oh the irony), misdiagnosed the lea the first time around, waited another few days for a 2nd contractor to come in, and this point I've spent hours and hours on the phone coordinating between my home insurance, High Priority, and my HOA to turn the building water off to reso... read more
AVOID - AVOID - AVOID Winner of the WORST contractor AWARD! High Priority Plumbing (HPP) is THE WORST kind of contractor....the kind that warranties their work but FAILS to correct, MISLEADS their customers so they can EVADE taking responsibility for their IMPROPER work. HPP guaranteed their work on my home for 5 years but it's WORTHLESS... they don't honor it. HPP and their subcontractor, Floodmasters strung me along misleading me that they were going to repair my home outside of their insurance. But then they always ca... read more
Regardless of how High Priority tries to justify the reasons to explain their business practice and their behavior, it's not right. The long and short of the matter is they did work on or home because of the money. Initially, they said they did not work on our system. Regardless they continued to send out technicians. Every time a technician responded to our request, we paid them $50.00. I have no idea how much they were paid by HSA. The last time they sent out a technician, late July, who advised he did not work on our sys... read more

On our first visit to Mrs. Stennett's home, the septic tank was diagnosed by a state certified septic technician. From the first appointment, the septic technician made the customer aware that they have a Clearwater System, which we do not service. All we could do is pump the tank to provide temporary relief and advise the customer that they would need a different contractor who could further service their system. (All of which was communicated with the customer.) High Priority Plumbing received a work order from the custome... read more
Wished to rate this company in negative numbers however a 1 is the lowest possible rating. We had a issue with water backing up in a toilet from the washing machine that was next to the laundry room. Also the actual drain for the washer was also clogged and we were draining the washer through the Mud Sink. We already had a plumber snake the line and he said we need to have someone run a camera through the line. High Priority came out and the tech ran the camera through the line and charge over 600 dollars the result was ... read more
BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE: My warranty company sent it to check the water heater, which stopped working during Fourth of July holiday. Five mins before the technician came over, I set the top and bottom thermometer to the max level (from about 135 to 150) to see if the water got warmer, but it did not. When the technician arrived, I told him about what I did and he agreed that the water temperature was not warm as I set the thermometer to the max. However, the technician put on the report that "the water heater st... read more
Business response:
According to your home warranty we must include the temperature in the diagnosis, because of this high temperature the new heater was denied. It is our technicians responsibility to fulfill all information in a detailed diagnosis. Please follow up with your home warranty company and we hope this situation is resolved.
