High Priority was sent by our home warranty company - AHS. Eric was knowledgable and very kind, taking the time to explain things to me and show me what was going wrong, how he was going to fix it, and steps I could take to troubleshoot in the future. He could have replaced my disposal on the spot with one that was less powerful, but instead suggested that I wait a couple of days for him to get one with the same HP as my current, knowing that there would be a BIG difference. Went through them for help with a toilet issue. Eric came out and spoke to be me like a real person and not some blank check. Worked out everything with my home warranty. Even gave me some good advise on the water damage in the bathroom. Will be calling them again.

From start to finish HPP was awesome. They came right out the next day and changed to waterline into my home. The leak had been going on for sometime and caused our water bill to increase by $2000.00! Since the repair we have had no issues (knock on wood) and our bill is back in-line. Thanks HPP.

My hot water heater was not working. I had four children in my home, including my brand new baby, and my senior citizen mother was also staying with us to help with my baby. AHS had sent another plumbing company, who blamed me for my hot water heater malfunctioning as if I had the free time to purposefully damage a $10 part so I could pay $75 for it to be repaired. Originally my problem seemed to get lost when the company had some turnover in the parts / customer service department. Once I was able to connect with Paulette Simpson and explain what was happening, or not happening, High Priority actually made me a priority. Corey came out personally and resolved the problem. All companies occasionally have breakdowns in service, but the good ones address them and make it right with the customer. High Priority did that with me.

I had a minor problem, nothing urgent, but they were here within the second business day. Very friendly and professional, explained the problem, showed me the bad parts. Now everything works great.

We had a horrible plumbing issue on Friday morning. Toilets and bathtubs completely stopped up in our very old house. Emergency! One plumber got to us by 12:30pm and had 2nd one there by 3. Worked til 11pm to find stoppage and ended up having to take out major old corroded pipes. Came back early Sat am and finished the job spanning 3 floors of house. Smart, polite, creative and thorough. Did a great job and cleaned up nicely afterward. What a find!!

The service technician came when he said he would, called before like he said he would too. He was very professional and the job was fixed in a very timely manner. I would use him again, very pleased!

The technician left disgusting residue on my stairs, walls, bathroom and shower floors. The second snake he brought in he tried to drag up our carpeted stairs and my wife had to grab the bottom to keep from ruining the carpet. I grabbed it when he took it back down for the same reason. It took us both over an hour to clean and sanitize all the areas he left dirty. He stated he didn't have the equipment with him to complete the repair and a two man team would have to come back out on Monday unless we wanted to pay an emergen... read more
