I had a plumbing issue at my house and had to call American Home Shield. Originally they dispatched bestway to me, but based on issues I had with my Columbus home I opted not to have bestway come to my home. I am so glad that I asked for another vendor because I receive High Priority Plumbing (HPP). I've encountered HPP in Columbus as well and always had wonderful experiences. Today was no different. Great experience with HIGH PRIORITY PLUMBING & SERVICES INC today. The fix was fast and the gentleman who serviced my sink was friendly and professional. All around amazing service, I was completely satisfied! I will be using them in the future.

I've been dealing with a plumbing issues for over a year. We finally made the move to figure out the issues and received many many quotes from various companies. High Priority Plumbing was extremely easy to work with and did amazing work. They found the source of the problem and worked together as a team to devise a solution. My plumbing has been working excellent ever since. I highly recommend them for any plumbing service needed.

Where do I begin. Water Heater went out and had several estimates along with poor customer service. Researched some more and came across High Priority. I cannot remember the young lady who answered the phone, I believe her name was Paulette. However speaking with her was the first indication that I choose the right place. Update as of 4-Jun-2019 Paulette and Caitlyn at HP both reached out to me today and confirmed that my email had been caught up in their archives. I've bumped up this review from a 1 star to 3 stars based on their customer service with a follow up on the issue. Caitlyn reviewed the service call and diagnosis, along side my response and has opened up a communication line with the technician to understand how he missed the root cause. recently moved from a condo in Downtown to a single-family home in East Atlanta. discovered that we had brown water coming from our hot water faucets, so we reached out to our home warranty providers, who suggested that we use High Priority Plumbing to inspect and possibly replace our hot water heater. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Darren's level of knowledge was very refreshing!! I had some trouble with my water heater and he fixed all my worries, right away... He also educated me about some potential causes for my pilot not working properly. I was more than pleased with the work done and will definitely be referring others their way!! Thank you!!
