The next day after leaving the previous review I received a phone call from Corey and explained my situation to him with the previous technician, he apologized and within hours Darrell was at my house on a Sunday. He worked diligently to fix my issue. He had to come back the next day with a different truck and tools. The next day he brought Michael with him. I generally have had horrible experiences from plumbers in Atlanta. I notice that High Priority does not have great reviews on here, but mine will be a good one. My water heater went out, and I tried to have it repaired via American Home Shield. The company they connected me to, A-Total Plumbing, was horrible and wanted me to have all kinds of work done on my attic, where the heater is located, before they would touch it. This is the second time that I used High Priority Plumbing Service due to my home warranty with AHS. I had dealt with another company that AHS had sent out before but wasn't satisfied after a few incidents with them. I requested that they send out another company, that's when Eric came out and corrected the problem. I recently needed work done in my bathroom that caused a leaking problem. Like a lot of other people, I was referred to High Priority as part of American Home Shield. I had read my entire contract in advance and had a pretty good idea of what was covered and what wasn't, however it was my first time using any such Warranty. My faucet hasn't worked in years. I was certain it would have to be replaced, which would suck since I'd have to replace the working and non-working for them to match. High Priority Plumbing went literally around the world to find the part I needed for repair and my faucet works better than it did when it was new. We had a broken sewage ejection pump in our basement that High Priority came to replace. The plumber who came to the house was friendly, knowledgeable and very conscientious. Anytime I've ever called, I've had nothing but friendly service on the phone. We were even given actual High Priority service to get the plumber out to the house on the day that I called. I would definitely use their services again.

Thus far I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this company...which is a lot more than I can say about the other company my home warranty company sent out to my house. I have used High Priority through my home warranty multiple times now and they have always called me on time, have always been honest, have always worked with me to fix the issue within my coverage, and have always actually fixed the issue. That is way more than I can say about the other plumbing contractors I have dealt with in Atlanta thus far.

I had an electric water heater issue and I do have a home warranty. my warranty company contracted High Priority to diagnose and make repairs. Shortly after submitting a claim with the warranty company I received a very courteous phone call from High Priority and the person worked with me and my schedule. I received a service visit on time with a courtesy call from the technician. he was very professional and had all the necessary parts to complete the repair on my Hot Water Heater. i have used high priority plumbing a number of times for small items and for a major plumbing remodel. i have found them professional in all ways and have experienced nothing but quality workmanship and service.
