Three words: Ask for Eric. Thank you to High Priority Plumbing for fixing my exterior hose bibs with such efficiency and timeliness. Eric is the best plumber I've ever seen, knows everything and explains what's happening before fixing it. You've got a great thing going with Eric and your sweet schedulers. High Priority was assigned to me via a service call I made through my home warranty company, Old Republic. There was an issue with the pressure valve and together, I assisted Gabriel with his testing and eventual diagnosis. I appreciated their time and effort and was pleased with their service. I would call them again.

As like most of you guys this plumbing company was referred to me by my home warranty people American Home Shield. After reading the reviews I did not know what to expect. I had previously been referred to b another company that was horrible and they actually never showed up I proceeded to schedule with high party Plumbing in hippies for the best. the technicians name was Dakota did a wonderful job. I was assigned to High Priority by my Home Warranty company (AHS). They scheduled me extremely quickly and sent out a very personable technician to work on three running toilets and a dripping bathroom faucet. I can't think of that technicians name to save my life, but he was friendly. He "fixed" the toilets, even replaced a bad handle as well. Was referred to them by our warranty AHS, Donnie was our technician, he was on time, great, and knew his stuff. He made sure all was working before he left. If I have any issues I would request him by name!

It's clear that this company is serious about it's customer service. After my first review I was contacted the very next day with an inquiry about what my concern was and a solution for how they would try to make it right. They stayed true to their word, a supervisor came to look into the matter and apologized to me for the inconvenience. I need to pause briefly, as I want to be sure to let you know that the people are always very courteous. He fixed the concern in a matter of minutes. Yeah HPPS!!

....am adding this only for balance. I too had them come out under a home warranty under AHS. (A recent home purchase-I did not renew with AHS). My job was maybe 6 months Ago...not big stuff. The tech that came out was professional and fixed all quickly. I was satisfied. I have a new plumbing need so checked Yelp to see how high priority plumbing was rated...not very good ...do I'll try another as I've done pretty well with Yelp

I had 3 wires chewed on my hot water heater, probably by rats. I had 2 other companies come out and tell me I needed a new hot water heater for 1300 total. They said they couldn't fix the wires or the parts. I found a few other companies who could fix the parts the wires were attached to for 450 but most of them require you to wait on parts. Then I got Joe, sent out from High Priority Plumbing. Michael Waters was fantastic. He was very professional and detailed at the jobs that I had for him to perform (3 toilets and a tub sprayer head). He actually found a problem that another plumber did not find. I will use him from now on for all of our plumbing needs.
