AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Darren's level of knowledge was very refreshing!! I had some trouble with my water heater and he fixed all my worries, right away... He also educated me about some potential causes for my pilot not working properly. I was more than pleased with the work done and will definitely be referring others their way!! Thank you!!

My experience with High Priority Plumbing and Services was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment that they showed up to assess the function of my water heater, to the thoroughness of the installation the next day, as well as my communications with their office, it was nothing but seamless and professional. I will start with I was referred to High Priority Plumbing through a home warranty AHS. Typically I absolutely dread having to call a plumber but decided to roll the dice and see what happens. I was initially skeptical about High Priority with the other reviews here when AHS home warranty assigned this vendor. However, that quickly changed as soon as Thomas came out for the kitchen and toilet repairs. He was very professional, on time and quickly completed all the work. Highly recommend this company based on my experience with Thomas!

Very good communication and follow up. Showed up on time for appointment. Diagnosed the problem quickly, and came back to do repairs in timely fashion. I was a little concerned about the price quoted because I was pretty sure my home warranty covered more than I was indicated on the invoice. The technician offered to call the warranty company right then to verify; he then adjusted the price right away. Overall satisfied with this company and would recommend.

Jeff, from High Priority Plumbing, just left our home and I am thrilled with the level of service we received! We were having issues with water pressure. Jeff was very thorough in his evaluation process. I was also very inquisitive about the process and he was very patient explaining the pressure regulator to me. We now have great pressure all around the house! Thanks,Jeff, for your professionalism and follow through.

Customer service was responsive, helpful, and courteous. Plumber was knowledgeable, neat, and did a good job. My only negative is 2 missed appointments. Not too cool when you've had a busted sump pump for 2 weeks.

Three words: Ask for Eric. Thank you to High Priority Plumbing for fixing my exterior hose bibs with such efficiency and timeliness. Eric is the best plumber I've ever seen, knows everything and explains what's happening before fixing it. You've got a great thing going with Eric and your sweet schedulers.
