It's clear that this company is serious about it's customer service. After my first review I was contacted the very next day with an inquiry about what my concern was and a solution for how they would try to make it right. They stayed true to their word, a supervisor came to look into the matter and apologized to me for the inconvenience. I need to pause briefly, as I want to be sure to let you know that the people are always very courteous. He fixed the concern in a matter of minutes. Yeah HPPS!!
I had 3 wires chewed on my hot water heater, probably by rats. I had 2 other companies come out and tell me I needed a new hot water heater for 1300 total. They said they couldn't fix the wires or the parts. I found a few other companies who could fix the parts the wires were attached to for 450 but most of them require you to wait on parts. I recently had a water line replaced by this company. The plumber was Danen Denard who along with his workers were on time and did an excellent job including clean up. I was very please with the results and the way the pipes were installed. I will definitely recommend them to my neighbors

The next day after leaving the previous review I received a phone call from Corey and explained my situation to him with the previous technician, he apologized and within hours Darrell was at my house on a Sunday. He worked diligently to fix my issue. He had to come back the next day with a different truck and tools. The next day he brought Michael with him. I generally have had horrible experiences from plumbers in Atlanta. I notice that High Priority does not have great reviews on here, but mine will be a good one. My water heater went out, and I tried to have it repaired via American Home Shield. This is the second time that I used High Priority Plumbing Service due to my home warranty with AHS. I had dealt with another company that AHS had sent out before but wasn't satisfied after a few incidents with them. I requested that they send out another company, that's when Eric came out and corrected the problem. I recently needed work done in my bathroom that caused a leaking problem. Like a lot of other people, I was referred to High Priority as part of American Home Shield. I had read my entire contract in advance and had a pretty good idea of what was covered and what wasn't, however it was my first time using any such Warranty. We had a broken sewage ejection pump in our basement that High Priority came to replace. The plumber who came to the house was friendly, knowledgeable and very conscientious. Anytime I've ever called, I've had nothing but friendly service on the phone. We were even given actual High Priority service to get the plumber out to the house on the day that I called. I would definitely use their services again.

Thus far I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this company...which is a lot more than I can say about the other company my home warranty company sent out to my house. I have used High Priority through my home warranty multiple times now and they have always called me on time, have always been honest, have always worked with me to fix the issue within my coverage, and have always actually fixed the issue. That is way more than I can say about the other plumbing contractors I have dealt with in Atlanta thus far.
