We were disappointed because we booked and paid for a room for a 9 hour layover a day before and we called to see if there was transportation from the airport, laguardia airport that is, the person told us there are shuttles to the hotel, made the trip called once we landed to confirm. Long story short, the person said that the shuttle does not go to laguardia airport, and that we would have go to some circle by airtrain, keep in mind it's darkout and we had no idea of what they were talking about, so we stayed the night in ... read more

The heating and cooling system needs to be checked more often because my initial room and my second room I was offered lacked in routine maintenance--one room the heat did not turn off and the second room the heat did not come on at all.

It makes you wonder who they had to pay off to make this a Hilton… it should be a Motel 6. 1990s chipped and scratched furniture in the rooms, stains on the carpet, shower head didn’t work, not enough staff to handle check in. Surrounding area around the hotel is congested and dirty. If our flight hadn’t come in so late in the day, we would’ve left and found another hotel.

I book two rooms they deposit $75 $75 in the name of security deposit for each room and I don’t get back my $75 yet , in my back statement the day before it’s showing me pending and now it’s clear and they charge $75 for no response, ask then stop looting and refund my money asap , and one more thing their rooms rest rooms was very dirty smell all in room and in beds bugs we can not sleep
