The shuttle was broken and they didn’t tell us until we had to get a ride from a private party
Poor eating facility
We stayed here for a trip to the city. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. However, the location was very inconvenient with a 2 hour bus ride or $70 taxi ride to get almost anywhere.We stayed here for the convenience of the airport ride but the shuttle was not running when we arrived or when we departed. will not be staying here again!
I waited over an hour and a half for shuttle service from Federal Circle. The explanation was a disruption in service during a shift change.
We showed up to the shuttle area after flying all day and weren’t told their shuttle was no longer running for the day. Luckily, we called the hotel and were able to make other arrangements. The evening staff was extremely rude when we asked if the shuttle would be running in the morning as we had an early flight. The room smelled of mildew and didn’t look clean.
