My experience was unacceptable
The hotel was old dilapitated and dirty would NEVER stay there again I cannot believe they can charge alomost 400 per room OUTRAGEOUS I was on a 1 night journey would have moved if I had been staying another night
Bummmmmmmmed I booked two nights at the Tribeca location and our stay was excellent. Quiet, clean, great tv, awesome breakfast and reasonably priced for Manhattan so I booked our final evening near JFK for an early flight. The property was not in good condition. The wall covering (was not Sheetrock) was TAPED 6ft up the wall all the way up one side of the elevator at the entrance. The bed linens were old and tattered. Everything is EXTRA COST! $3 for a bottle of water in your room and $30 to park. Extremely tiny rooms.
Convenient location to JFK Hotel shuttle was horrible. We waited from 8:00pm to just past 9:00 for the shuttle. We called the hotel several times to inquire of the shuttle’s whereabouts and got different answers. One couple took Uber to the hotel. Very very poor service
Dirty, worn out and unsafe. Our deadbolt and swing lock on our room door were broken. All for the wonderful price of $342!
