1) The shuttle offered limited hours of the day, I arrived with my family to the pick up area at 9:44 and found other 4 people waiting, no pickup showed, then told they stop shuttle service ate 9:45 Pm. Was very inconvenient to go back to the terminal with my kids. 2) property and furniture extremely old, could benefit from some modernisation. 3) we could could not open the room door on arrival, needed help to power push door from hotel staff 4) No complimentary water offered 5) extremely noisy at night, sound of toilet flus... read more
The property could use a major uplift as rooms and carpets are well worn. There is very limited pantry options and the meal service closes at 10 pm!
not coffee in room, linen in bed so poor presentation, they look like already used before us. this place is not longer HILTON quality.
Hotel has advertising free shuttle service but the service is limited from 6am - 10pm
Expensive for what it offers located in run down area Note shuttle only operates after 6am so if you have an early flight you need to add cost of using a taxi. We would not stay there again.
