Total Junk Total junk! Will not connect to any computer. Tried to troubleshoot for 6 months. Do not buy.
Save yourself the money. The printer is garbage Save yourself the money. The printer is garbage. Printing quality is great if you can even get it to print. There’s always a “jam” or “tray is out paper.” Both which are false. I called customer support and was told to manually load the paper one at a time, until the code clears. Very Nice product as long as it works Super efficient with wifi printing but sometimes it doesn't respond. The printer goes offline had to restart to get it fixed. Mobile printing is good too.

work only one time This printer I only used once. I did not have the need to used again for a while, when I tried to used again it never worked. I did everything possible to make it work, but printer never worked. I feel so anxious and upset that I dumped in the garbage. even my son in law that had better knowledge in computers was not able to make it work. definitely a waste of my money.
Sleep mode and then printer went into put to sleep mode Prints efficiently when it used to work. Printer goes into sleep mode and doesn’t wake up without restarting. Recently switched to only have a blinking square and can’t be connected to print a test page and reset it. Per customer support, it’s now a paperweight after less than two years of light use. Will not replace with another Brother.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER! IT JUST PRINTS BLANK PAPER I've been using this printer for 2 months. It started printing blank or blurry pages after using 1 month. Now, it just prints blank pages.
LASTED 18 MONTHS I bought the printer new in January of 2019 and used it once per month to print copies of my monthly paid receipts of utilities credit card payments etc. In the middle of September 2020 it died. No power, nothing. The repair shop wanted $55.00 estimate to repair it. This is my second and last Brother printer to bite me.
